You and Dr. Truth are right. You are right about the fact that other races own pitbulls. I find myself agreeing more with Dr. Truth because black folks overwhelmingly tend to get certain dogs. White folks have a variety of dogs. Black folks tend to have violent dogs. Unfortunately we have a more violent behavior than other races so it only make sense our dogs would represent our mentality.

That's true for some of Us. I have a shih tzu. I know a few of us with labs, and other good breeds.

Dogs in inner city backyards chained up in all types of weather with no food to eat. Pitbull that has a chain around its' neck with no collar nor proper identification. Pit bulls running around in packs mean and biting kids, postal workers and anyone else.

These Pitbull rabble rousers are full of shit, I have a Japanese Tosa that weighs in at 150 lbs and he can do a lot more damage to you than any Pitbull, but my dog is not violent because I took time with him and trained him.

The most dangerous muh'fuckaz in the hood damn sure ain't the 4 legged dogs anyway but that just goes to show that anything without proper upbringing can be dangerous.

No "WE" dont. Lets not get out of hand with this shit and start showing our ignorance in the process. An overwhelming majority of blacks are peace loving and law abiding citizens. This is fact. Whites as a race are and have historically been the more violent, aggressive and oppressive "race" of people. Lets keep this about dogs please.

Do you know what that dog was bred for ? It was bred for fighting so one way or the other it is bound to be aggressive the same applies to the pitbull. Ask yourself why don't people complain about Golden retrievers It is because they got a well balanced temperament

I remember growing up in my hood everyone wanted a dog wanted ones that attacks and I mean EVERYONE who wanted or owned. When was the last time you seen a hood dude who had a Lab? Put it like this 1 of my black friends just got a Roc a few months ago and another black friend of mine wants a pit. I have no black friend who owns a dog that doesn't bite. All my white friends who own dogs except for 1 has friendly dogs.

The mere fact that you got to train this dogs in order for them not to be aggressive proves the fact that they got a bad temperament.

in NYC the majority of dogs in the K-9 units are German shepards. they even have blood hounds. while breeds may vary. these are the dogs of choice.
