LOL with that lawyer asking for 3k. They usually charge that just to discuss your case. 
Not sure what advice I can give you but you do need a lawyer for the divorce/child support/spousal support because they will hit you in the head if you don't have one. Also, get your story together because all the cheating and side pussy is going to be brought up in court. I saw this dozens of times.

Oj: just get some $2 work gloves and a cheap sharp kitchen knife.. than thrust the target chest 1 , 2, maybe 37 times repeatedly.. than throw knife and gloves off nearest bridge after your interaction.. if you smart you will get the gloves a size smaller than your hand size just in case some nosey authorities come by asking questions

So many divorces can be done and over with just a grand or two, but when greedy lawyers start telling people they should go after more shit, people fall for it.
The longer the divorce goes on, the more the attorney gets paid.
The system is designed to break you. Notice how the judge said you had to leave. Then the lawyer say pay me 3k and now you can stay. How does the lawyer have more authority than the judge.
On the flip side you seen this coming way before it reach this point. The thing is you’re late on the draw, we’re most women are faster than us men. You refer to her as this bitch, and she drinks which you recorded. Plus texting her Ex husband, you should’ve been filed for divorce or parted ways.
I’ve seen this story before, and told it on here. My boy ex wife was awarded the whole (600k) house, spousal support and child support. With a restraining order against him. He must pay $900 in child support another $400 in spousal support. And continue to pay the $2300 dollar mortgage.
Cause she never paid the mortgage period.
He basically got caught cheating and now lives with the side chick. He now has to go back to court in September, because he just stop paying the mortgage period. He hasn’t paid the mortgage in 13 months.
Moral to the story if you see the relationship is about to fail, get out of it quicker than her. While never looking back period!!

That stuff don't matter in court, they don't wanna hear that. That was decades ago.
All the courts care about is division of community property (depending on the state) and children. Also if there was abuse.
Nothing else. They don't care who cheated on who.

No one takes or prints photos anymore…that should be your first line of defense. If it was found on your phone then she may have a point. Photos were in the 2000s.

From what Adam was saying, when the judge was saying how she had to do things a certain way, she was trying to tell him without telling him (he need a lawyer).
Once a judge sees that he has representation in the court, they would rather talk to them then actual people.
Judge don't wanna hear the she did this, then he did that, then this and that. They listen to how many complaints a day.
An attorney will just walk in and file a motions to ask the court for X then Y then Z. On and on.
Damn. That's why women have to BELIEVE they will lose. If a woman knows a man will eat a contempt of court charge and she will be broke(or have a much harder life trying to maintain current lifestyle), she ain't about to try to pull shit. Some of the contempt stories from men who don't give a fuck are funny.

So don't know exactly what he did of course, but he probably just needed to file a motion and the kicking out the crib would of gone away.
My friend argued on behalf of his client in a zoom meeting from California. The court was in New Orleans.
It's whatever the judge will allow.

Motions can be filed of course, don't know details of what's going on with you exactly, all I'd say is if you don't like what your lawyer is doing get another opinion from another. Even for just consultation.
Doesn't sound like the judge is making any final decisions on your divorce just a bunch of stuff the wife is trying to do "now". Anything she's trying to do you can counter. Just stay on top of whatever motions or filings she's doing and reply accordingly.
If anything, I'd probably get on the opposite side and start doing things on the offensive to protect your things/properties.

I already got another lawyer, they said that the court overstepped its boundaries they don’t have the right to make decisions for a TPO order it has to originate in the county that the alleged conduct took place in the state of Ohio they are already filing a motion for dismissal on that Monday.
Glad to announce the judge made a ruling. She granted her her CPO order for one year, but she gave possession of the house to me.
No contact at all..she would think I’m dead…it drives a woman crazy by ignoring them.
