Haven't really looked into this, really watched the full video and just took story at face value. Personally, i believe the gym is in the wrong. Giving benefit of a doubt, I assume the guy is pretending to be Trans and that is the reason the Black woman's membership was revoked. Since it's hard to prove i kind of understand the gyms position. Again, assuming that is the reason. For the same reason, the gym should have allowed the woman to keep her membership. She uncomfortable and doesn't believe the guy is Trans.
In this situation, the gym should have simple asked the Trans to quickly change or whatever. In the meantime, staff should have stood at the door and let any woman know what was going on. If they didn't care, they were free to enter. any woman who was uncomfortable could wait for him to exit the changing/restroom.
Unless there are unisex bathrooms, all places should ask Trans people to conform to their biological bathrooms. I could see if you look like the sex but this dude does look to be a man and likely just a prev. We all knew this would start happening.
