Y'all eating Paula Patton's fried chicken?

Chicken be all slimey tho
Yuck.

I bought some rotisserie quarters from bjs one day. The amount of fat n slime under the skin :puke:

Bro I am WITH YOU.

But scientifically logically

The heat and even to an extent all the seasoning WE use kills all that.

Yeah I don't recall if I've ever washed chicken. I know Google says not too because you're spreading more contamination and properly cooking at the correct temp will kill the bactetia.

And trust they RIGHT.

They have shown with black light how all that stuff we do actually makes it worse.

But I was taught to use gloves clean my area thoroughly before AND after.

Do not touch anything else during.

We REALLY think everyone is THAT meticulous?

The same folk mad about washing their hands, wearing a mask, social distancing and cleaning common areas during a gawd damn pandemic?

Recently someone was arguing with me about washing meat. I'm for it.....then they asked if I washed ground/minced meat....I'll still wash washable meats lol.
WHO DA FUCK ASKED YOU THAT REMBRANDT BROWN?
:smh:

I do everything in a bowl, IN the sink.
Put chicken in bowl..
Fill/submerge in cold water...
Clean/Dump/Drain....
Fill with cold water/lemon juice...
Clean/Dump/Drain..
Fill with cold water..
Clean/Dump/Drain...
Pat chicken dry, place in separate bowl..

Clean area and hands.. then season.

PS: I'm amazed by all of the fowel bits that come floating off while cleaning :smh:

I'm going to eat that nasty chicken followed up by her tasty pussy... fuck what y'all talking about..

and I ain't wasting time washing the chicken either

She washed the chicken off, what does the bitch mean the chicken ain’t clean? Did she want her to soap up the chicken? Most people rinse off the chicken dry it season it then flour it. The fuck this ho talking about aside from no seasoning. PS Raw Paula Patton

Some people wash it off with Vinegar or Lemon Juice

I’m talking about when she rinsed the chicken off that bitch said it’s not clean. It’s raw chicken rinsing it off don’t make it “clean” it just removes the package slime and all that. I turned it off after that bitch started seasoning the grease

most females I know wash their chicken with vinegar or lemon juice

Properly cleaned chicken won't have none of that nastiness. A lot of restaurants & fast food joints don't clean they chicken & meats. Dave's hot chicken, church's chicken, Popeyes, Louisiana fried chicken, Honey's Kettle Fried Chicken, Ralphs, Superior, Albertsons, pick-your-neighborhood market or fried chicken joint, etc most of the time they not cleaning shit. Either cook your own shit or just close your eyes & eat. They not gonna put the love and care in the process cause it don't make no cents and most mf eating regardless of how it was prepared.

I love fried chicken, but i usually don't it if i don't know who prepared it. I especially don't like when use vegetable oils that are bad for you or used old ass oil that they treat chemical when the oil turn rancid. Luckily my wife can cook and so can I.

...can you image people cooking chitlins without cleaning them, reasoning that the heat gonna kill the germ? Or people that don't de-vein their shrimp.

Warshin' it does absolutely n'un for it asides from givin' folks da peace of mind of "thinking" that it's cleaned. Anything harmful will be eliminated via cooking it at it's proper internal temperature. No, I'm not finna argue with nann one uh y'all brain dead niggas about it either. Yes, I'm a professional. And yes, I MIGHT rainch my shit off with wawta if I feel like it.

Naw that’s brining the chicken and it’s done for flavor reasons not to kill bacteria. Only high heat is killing salmonella. When frying chicken my moms would use a salt brine and soak the chicken. Remove then season then batter then fry
Yeah the brine seasons and pulls the blood out
