Thats the 1st thing they shook was liability. Now if the NFL was to ensure these multi-millionaires with a guarantee that they will hold them down if something happened to them due to the vaccine; then that would be different. However; they would never do that, so its easy to talk tough. Put the money where their mouth is; how strongly do you believe in this treatment?

The NFL players union is weak. They won't unite against the virus cause they won't even sacrifice for better contractual conditions for themselves. They had an opportunity when the pandemic first started to stop play and force the league to guarantee contracts. They will stay on the losing end as long as the players are deemed as replaceable parts (next man up syndrome) and not valued athletes.

Something that people seem to keep glancing over.. You guys do know that there are unvaccinated people who haven't died from covid right? Unvaccinated who have caught covid, had not serious symptoms or were asymptomatic and have no issues? People keep on speaking as if you're not vaccinated you're going to die from covid and that's not the case, there is a risk of death just like there is a risk of death with taking the vaccine, no matter how small you want to make that number out to be, the risk is there.

Also, something people don't mention a lot is that there are people who have gotten the vaccine and still died from a covid variant, over a thousand so far, which again I don't care how insignificant you want to try to make that number in comparison, there is still over 1000 dead people who thought the vaccine was going to save them from that fate. Plus there are many who are vaccinated and are suffering from negative side effects that affect their daily lives.

Whether someone gets it or not is their prerogative, I don't push anyone in one direction or the other because as much as I understand both sides, I also understand the risks of both sides.

You're right about its their league. What I'm saying is that they are setting themselves up for a major lawsuit if one of these players have complications from the vaccine. The argument will be "I was coerced to take a vaccine I didn't want to take". Will it work? Depending on the judge.

Funny thing is they have the power to boycott.. they are the product.. if they sit out especially the big names the consumers will not want to watch a bunch of replacements (scabs).. nfl need the product in order to get all them deals/sponsorships.. if the product refuses to work a lot of the endorsements will want to pull out.. nfl will literally switch their tone in a heartbeat if deals started being pulled away and viewership.. unfortunately them players aren’t organized enough to pretty much force their hand in this particular situation

I understand both sides too.....but the reckless part is people haven't stopped moving like there's a pandemic....people are still going to clubs, taking trips, all this shit...and sure those people are probably good but what about the people who's immune system is compromised?
