You don't spread pregnancy. Unvaccinated people spread the corona virus and act as hosts for it to mutate. Getting vaccinated does not equal "not being able to catch it". Being vaccinated means you exponentially decrease your chances of being hospitalized and also not acting as a perfect host for it to mutate and pass to another human. It has trouble reproducing in a host that has already been vaccinated.
