Mueller Report Out! (AG Barr Edition: download within)

GAWD DAMN... I wish I could just copy and past some of this shit..

page 217...

Efforts to prevent public disclosure of evidence...

In the Summer of 2017... After the story leaked about the Trump tower meeting..

Trump directed aides not to publicly disclose the emails setting up the june 9 meeting... suggesting that the emails would not leak and that the number of lawyers with access to them would be limited..

(Meaning that Trump... fully knew about the emails related to the trump meeting in the Summer of 2017... prior to dictating the statement and the full release of the story).. I've got to find the video of trumps statement that year.. WOW..

WOW..

Same section..

Before the emails.. became public.. The president edited a press statement for trump jr... deleting a line that acknowledged that the meeting was with "an individual who Trump Jr was told might have information helpful to the campaign" and instead said only that the meeting was about adoptions of Russian Children..
... .... So trumps involvement in Trump Jr's misleading statement is confirmed as true..

WOW... AGAIN..
Further efforts to have Sessions take control..

Oct 2017, after Flynn plead..... President met with Sessions in the Oval office and according to notes said that if Sessions unrecused... and took back supervision of the Russia investigation.. He would be a hero. Then stated.. "I'm not going to do anything or direct you to do anything.. I just want to be treated fairly....

(WOW trump used that Trump shit that Cohen was talking about in that meeting)...

WOW.. Trump's Meeting with McGahn...
Telling the White House officials to tell McGahn to dispute the report that the President directed him to Have Mueller removed.... and having him create a record stating he had not be ordered by Trump..

Trump met with McGahn... pressured him to deny the reports. McGahn wouldn't back down..
Trump also asked why he told Mueller about Trump asking him to remove Mueller and why did he take Notes...

GAWD DAMN..

I'm a lawyer fam..

this is what I do...

I do this shit for fun.

Plus...

As a political science major.. this is probably the greatest thing that I've seen in my life...

Also..

Trump is fucked... Just cause The AG isn't prosecuting him now.. doesn't mean he isn't fucked.. This shit is bad.

There are things that we speculated on... and guessed but now we can confirm shit is fact. .

I'll say this again.. BARR summary was BS.
Barr is fucked also

Can somebody tell me what this all means? If this is so damaging why didn’t Barr just redact the whole shit?

There is a section on Page 218... the presidents conduct towards Flynn, Manafort and a redacted 3rd person (Harm to Ongoing Matter) -- that has to be Roger Stone.

Wow.. After Flynn began snitching... The President's personal lawyer.. called up Flynn's attorney to remind them of the president's warm feelings toward Flynn and asking for a Heads Up if Flynn knew of information to implicates the president.

When Flynn's people said... "We can't talk to you cause of the deal".. Trump's lawyer said... "He would make sure the President knew that Flynn's actions reflected "hostility" towards the president.

After Cohen's home was Flipped... President called Cohen to tell him to stay strong... Cohen discussed pardons with the President's personal counsel and Cohen believed that if he stayed strong.. he would be taken ...
but when Cohen began cooperating... The president publicly called him a RAT..

Can somebody tell me what this all means? If this is so damaging why didn’t Barr just redact the whole shit?
Because it would look worse to have it all blacked out. And by having a press conference + Trump making a meme it guarantees his base wont bother reading it. Trump understands how simpleminded people are nowadays. It doesn't take much to sway opinions. As long as Fox News backs up their bullshit they are golden.

..and this is just one investigation, imagine how bad are the others. We didnt even start on his Tax return issue.

Come on man :smh: Nixon couldn't even imagine doing so much shit and getting away with it.

Somewhere now, Bill Clinton's going, "Damn all I did was lie under oath over a blow job, but this motherfucker ordered subordinates to commit crimes on his behalf but because his subordinates didn’t follow orders he’s free? Hey Nancy, are you listening?”

Can somebody tell me what this all means? If this is so damaging why didn’t Barr just redact the whole shit?

Because he knew the shit would get leaked and Mueller would be called to testify. They're relying on the fact that even with all this, Republicans in the Senate still won't vote to remove him. So dems will probably impeach but not be able to remove him.

Can somebody tell me what this all means? If this is so damaging why didn’t Barr just redact the whole shit?

The Public outcry was too strong. The 4-page summary was a trial balloon. And remember, soon, Mueller will be free of DOJ regulations and will be brought in for questioning. Barr is trying to manipulate the law to the point of murkiness but not actually clearly violate the law/protocol as to leave himself legally vulnerable. Not releasing anything could have been very damaging to Trump (and Barr)... what they are trying to do is slow-walk all of this and reduce the damage..so that by the time a more unredacted version gets out, people have moved on and the blow is weakened.

Imagine if this Mueller report (even this highly redacted one) came out BEFORE Barr did his 4-page summary and other press statements....right now everyone would be talking about IMPEACHMENT.

Shit this is more than enough to impeach this faggit. Anybody protecting him needs to be destroyed too

B...
I've got to agree with you.. I think BARR is fucked.. I'm on page 220...

Mueller's team put in some interesting language close to conclusion of the Executive Summary on Volume 2..

With respect to Whether the President can be found to have obstructed justice by exercising.. his powers under Article 2 of the constitution (The executive Power), we concluded that Congress has the authority to prohibit a President's corrupt use of his authority in order to protect the integrity of the administration of justice.

Then Mueller goes into detail about the separation of powers doctrine.... "The separation of powers doctrine authorizes Congress to protect official proceedings, including those of courts and GRAND JURIES from corrupt, obstructive acts regardless of their source.

There is some other good shit... but I do like this part..

"The conclusion that Congress may apply the obstruction laws to the president's corrupt exercise of the powers of office accords with our constitutional system of checks of balances and the principle that no person is above the law.

After this sentence.. Mueller says..

Because we determined .. not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the president's conduct. (MEANING HE LEFT IT TO CONGRESS.. not Barr.. based on my reading).. .The evidence we obtained about the president's actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgement. (AGAIN .. Punting to Congress).. As the same time, if we have confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction, WE WOULD SO STATE.

Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards.. WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH THAT JUDGMENT... (AGain Leaving it Congres.. and OPENING THE DOOR for More investigations under a Traditional Prosecutorial approach)..

Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime... it also doesn't exonerate him.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've only been reading through the summary... but based on this..

Mueller clearly says... It isn't on us to make a determination of Obstruction because we are not approaching this under a traditional prosecutorial approach.. mainly cause... They did not want to use an approach that could potentially result in an Judgement that the president committed a crime and open all kinds of Party and separation issues.. since under Justice manual.. They can't indict a sitting president..

Basically... Mueller report.. Says TRUMP GUILTY OF obstruction... (but we can't indict him.. So he remains sitting president)
Congress refuses to Impeach..
So we have a sitting president... under a Cloud of an Obstruction opinion by the DOJ ..
This would affect his ability to govern and the fairness of the case..

SO WHY THE FUCK WOULD BARR .... RELEASE A PUBLIC SUMMARY reaching a decision... when based on the report.. the decision really should be raised by Congress...

But BARR shifted the narrative of public opinion....

Good Points but he hasn’t shifted the narrative of 60 something percent of the people still think he is bullshitting
