That Mason angle was dope. I wished Jacob had succeeded. I feel like most people here. Darlene was the antagonist they wanted her to be and she brought it. Ruthie though, was another thing. After Marty, she makes the show what it is.
she’s a teenager so that shit comes w/ the territory...the “wives” were treacherous to the point of no return tho...marty’s should’ve been killed in season 1...snell’s bitch stayed true to herself...that flashback exposed she was always a wild card...45 years and dude still couldn’t tame her lol smh

Yea that was the one thing in here that was outrageous and unrealistic. The car getting shot from the back AND the front and some how only one man was shot IN THE SHOULDER, nobody shot out the tires, the car was still fully functioning, and the driver was still alive lmaooooooooo
I later went back and rewatched that clip after they raided his crib and then the scene cut to Ruth going thru the safe at the club and she said to the other new manager dude that there was no probable cause to raid that biz.
So is what it is, it's TV...
So I just binged the 1st 2 seasons and I like the show overall except for one thing. Nothing really serious happens to the main characters. I mean they may get a bit roughed up or have to scramble when plans go awry, but nothing really happens to them.

Stayed up to 6 watching season 2 and I fucking loved it.
I hate that i couldn’t do my typical running commentary for this season though.
My only complaint is that I’m Season 3... they have to do something about Marty’s teenage girl. Chick got extra annoying. But everything else was fantastic to me.
The thing that I really enjoyed is that Marty and his wife are in it as a team but are still going their own way at the same time.
It reminds me of the best seasons of house of cards.

The Kansas City mob is a threat... (yes the cartel could take them out, but you don’t want an unnecessary war...), Darlene is going to be a major threat... you still have the FBI...
And Marty and Wendy are likely going to have a huge outs coming down soon.
Dude has been laundring money for the cartel for 10 years... but he was doing it on his own turf and under his own rules ..
I think what you are missing is that everything that he is doing to new to him.. he was never a foot soldier. He was a book keeper and now he has to constantly be on the move at all times to keep both sides happy. Like he hardly every sat still this season.. he was always on the edge trying to come up with something when a plain failed.
As for the daughter ... yeah they have to do something with her next year.... if it wasn’t for the fact that the actor playing the son is so amazing... she would have killed the show for me.

I’m making out good so far...I watched the entire season in 4k this month...that plus regular internet use and I’ve barely gone over half of my allotted cap
my “month” starts/ends on the 15th...so this monthly billing cycle will be over in 5 days
Wow! Don't know what else to watch after watching both seasons besides GOT and I guess "Breaking Bad". I have to kinda get back into "Wentworth" and don't really feel like getting back into it or at least not right now. Not much out there quite on that level. "Power" I guess? "Empire"? I don't know. "OITNB"? Already saw the latest season on that though. I don't know. Suggestions. "Altered Carbon"? Saw I think one episode of that. Looked decent. Peeped "Travelers" as well second season. Pretty decent.
