I forgot that we were only talking about his mom's house that he's building. I don't have a pic of that one but it is 5K sq ft with a finished basement and backyard fireplace and it's next door to him.
Here is a pic of his own 7K plus sq ft custom built mansion though. I'm negotiating to buy a house about four doors away in order to demolish and build for myself.

Thanks but can't lie..it ain't shit..if you build a house yourself you can save 80 to 100k..once you have ur land you should be able to build a 3000 square foot home down south for 250000..brah
Yeah he built that in 2009. It was designed by another dude that we grew up with who is an architect. My stuff is only going to be 3500 sq ft with a 1500 sq ft basement, so $5k sq ft total. The money will be spent in the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.Dam..that's a a bad architectural muffucka..that bish is cut up son..Yeh he is well accomplished..and if u in the neighborhood..so are you..he is over 7k squares..brah

Props, but my big house days are over. My 2680 sq. ft. is more than enough me. We spent over 50k in renos, and those are the rooms most of that went for. In the master bath, we kept the jacuzzi tub, and replaced everything else. In the master, we have twin walk-in closets, so we redid the floors and had custom built-ins put in her closet and mine.My stuff is only going to be 3500 sq ft with a 1500 sq ft basement, so $5k sq ft total. Yep. I might even limit it to 3k sq ft, but we have to have a basement. No big houses for me. I just want the interior to be top notch in every way. It is also located in the Vinings within walking distance of the Smyrna Village, so the value will be stupendous when we sell it in 20 years. LOL.Props, but my big house days are over. Totally agree. I'm still shocked we found a 4/4.5 in Grant Park! I root for our peeps that are ballin', but you can tell by my wheels, I tend to stay in my lane.Yep. Yep.. My current house is 4500 sq.ft... I want to downsize to about 2500...Props, but my big house days are over. My 2680 sq. ft. is more than enough me. If you are not off roading a G Wagon, its worthless to get......I've been wanting answers to that question too. I hear gas mileage and ridiculous maintenance are the negatives. I know I'll regret getting one, but it's the only ride that I really like.
If you are not off roading a G Wagon, its worthless to get......
Lol I feel ya but I would rather have s63. That price on g wagon doesn't add up. S is way more worth it and way more luxurious.....Ahhh shiddddd...this bish is turning heads left and right..and it doesn't ride rough as folks say..it's for the boys that like big toys..til I leave the planet..I'm a gwagon man FROM NOW ON...IT'S RUGGED LUXURY..brah
I always liked them until I saw this video...
I couldn't argue with anything in this vid.

I would definately take it off road. Its off road ability is one of the things I like most about it. That shit is fun. I don't care about impressing anyone or anything like that. My shit won't be clean on the outside and will carry big dogs in it. I want something has the comfort and performance that I want. That also won't be in the shop frequently. If you are not off roading a G Wagon, its worthless to get......
To me, the G would have to be a second car. I can’t use it as my everyday car. I prefer a car that’s finely made, fast and electronically advanced. That said, my ideal cars today are the BMW M760i and the Ferrari 488 and I I’ll definitely own the 488 in my mid 50s.
My current car, the M550i, is all that. it freakishly fast, very refined, handles well, very entertaining with superior electronics. I was wowing folks yesterday when I let it park itself downtown. Lol. It’s not an exclusive car but the color combination and wheels make people awe over it at the car wash.
I was thinking of getting a MB GLS 450 for the fam. Anyone ever had one?
Good topic..Saturday night I was riding in my s63..and had a white boy say his m550 could fuck me off...what u think? Couldnt take him up on it..cause I had precious cargo..if you look in that window in my gwagon pic..that's my daily driver..lol the ford e250..I don't drive any of my cars more than that van..I'm from the old school of thought..don't drive none of your cars everyday..that's why you should have 2 different vehicles..brah
I have to ask you this: so, the cats at the car wash are familiar with electronic shifters? Being that my new car has that, and I haven't been to my spot yet, and I was wondering about that. I normally go the that spot next door to Ponce City Market. To me, the G would have to be a second car. I can’t use it as my everyday car. If you have two children or less , get the GLE450.I was thinking of getting a MB GLS 450 for the fam. Anyone ever had one?
49. Probably getting the 488 at 54 and I’ll keep it forever. How old are u..how many years til u get the rari.brah
Yes they know. They’ve experienced every car and they have managers that teach them that stuff. As I said , make sure they only hand wash your car and do not let them take it through any mechanical wash. You will destroy your black paint immediately.I have to ask you this: so, the cats at the car wash are familiar with electronic shifters? Don't know if they have that option. If they don't, I won't hesitate to take her somewhere else.Yes they know. They’ve experienced every car and they have managers that teach them that stuff. I’m serious. Don’t even do it. Have you seen black cars that have horrible swirls in the paint ? That’s what caused it. Those brush car washes and the mechanical car wash with the cloth will kill your paint.Don't know if they have that option. If they don't, I won't hesitate to take her somewhere else.
My first s63 was a 2010 silver. She was a beast!! Had her for about 4 years no issue. I just got a new 2017 s63 amg in January of this year. Shoot out to @jagu for helping me thru the process. She's black on black on black on black!! All black everything and she fully loaded!!! 167k was the sticker. Best car on the planet is the s63.....I have a s63 white pearl matte..2..and yes members on this board have seen it in person..brah..
She'll be going to Avril now. The prices seem nice.I’m serious. Don’t even do it. Have you seen black cars that have horrible swirls in the paint ? That’s what caused it. Those brush car washes and the mechanical car wash with the cloth will kill your paint.

You and I are different about having two cars. I buy one car and drive the hell out of it. My 3 month old car has 5200 miles on it now.
The white boy probably had the old M5 and not the M550. I haven’t seen an M550 on the road in Atlanta but they exist. The s63 will hang with the m5 but I think the M550 will gap the s63 in 0-60.
I just looked and saw that the s63 does 0-60 in 3.9.
M550 does it in 3.7 or less. The s63 will catch up and beat M550 by the time you get to one mile though.
