im done..In the history of my time here.. I never showed anything to impress..When You call out the big dawgs..be prepared to hear a helluva bark...Last time I checked My appraisal hit at 920000...quit trying to make shit seem small..brah

I am married with one child and a high income professional wife. Our retirement is secure and set.

A BMW is not a big deal to me as it is for you. To put things in perspective for your underperforming ass.. I have an Asian attorney on Payroll who makes the price of an M5 and I have never missed her payroll since 2013. So just let that simmer in, Mr. Medical doctor. You guys make money too...Oh wait, you ain't a real one.

he had mentioned the s63 when he was talking about the rims before he bought the g wagon, and i'm thinking of the disaster that comes with that. that's why i kept saying S class

all the bs aside truth the infiniti is nice... but it's not a comparable vehicle to any german vehicle. infiniti's are really just a small step up from nissan. even the kia stinger outperforms the q60 redsport in every way.

Lost my ass on the last custom build..subcontractors not gonna finish on time..drywall man hung me up for a month..hell my fee was 50000.00 lost 22000 of that on my budget for the stone,drywall delays, flooring.. only way I came out was the 190000 dollars I made on MY TRADES..MY Workers...pulled me the fuck out..so if I build these days..it's gonna be a spec home.. straight cookie cutter..brah

That is so true. My friend with the Gwagon is building a custom home for his mom right now and it's an absolute mess with subs not showing up and them going back to fix bad work done by a sub who won't stand by his work. it's scary but I must have a custom home if I'm to spend over $500k on a house.

I built Mine back in 09..and built it for 400000..all MY SUBCONTRACTORS CAME THROUGH WITH FAVORS..ONCE I completed my crib..they appraised it at 750000.00 now it's worth 920000.00 real shit..hell my floor materials cost 38.00 a square foot..my floor man threw that shit in for nothing..cause he had plenty laying around..brah
