I'll say this about Tariq. Years ago when I first started advertising my book I paid Tariq for a spot on his macklessons show. Somebody called in to his U-stream show and shouted out my book. So Tariq pulled my last installment on his Macklessons show. Was that fucked up.... Yes. But I sent him an e-mail stating that I in know way was involved with that shout out. He took my word and aired the last installment the following week. Do I think Umar would have done the same... Fuck naw. Tariq ain't perfect, but he is about good business.

I compared Umar’s personality to a leader of a dangerous religious cult. My allegiance is to neither of these men. My allegiance is to Black folks. So if you are including me in your statements, you need to read my history on here. Over time, I’ve been harsher to Tariq than anybody.
That said, I’m glad this shit is happening. Someone prominent needed to expose this con artist, Umar. This is not an instance of random beef.
