I'm catching up I'm at the end of the future trunks saga. I just binge watch them.
$3.7mill + $1.5mill to fully upgrade.....and a single sticky, rpg, grenade can blow t up.....and the windows ain’t bullet proof....smh..... i’m good.

Low key you can find some straight poppin' lobbies... pushed my kd to 3.2... if you get in a lobby and you see a org or gang with 3 or more members, you can usually get them to fight... and messing up they money when the delivering cars, running drugs or weapons is a sure fire way to get a lil action

They aren't expensive.
They only get expensive when you start adding extra shit like those workshops for guns and cars, adding in a place to sleep, interior design upgrades, etc.
Bare bones can get you a facility for under $2 mil. Hopefully the struggle not that real for you.
Get the facility and run this glitch 3 times and you broke even.man.
Like ghost said y'all better get on this one quick because it's gonna be a snowing on the game soon and they will patch whatever they can when they release that update

There's another one you can do where you get about 100-200k per hour, but you gotta have a scuba diving suit
