and cats on here saying a boycott don't mean shit...Kap ain't playing now, so why arent the numbers going up? I thought all the polls showed NFL fans were behind the owners not signing Kap

Sigh. What we said was that if you aren't in the neilsen survey, YOUR boycott isn't being measured.

Believe it or not, the networks can't press a button and see what Confucius is watching.

TV ratings don't work like that.
 
Not one snap of preseason, or the Thursday night game. Haven't even watches replays of the games after the fact... Honestly... It's not as hard as I was expecting. I do hear the goings on with the league on Bo and Lebatard, so the latest fuckery going on with Zeke is just another reason I'm saying fuck the NFL.

Let me let yall in on a few things. Nielsen is NOT the only way of measuring. Each cable company can measure what their customers are watching. Meaning it does make a difference. For instance your favorite TV show, if you DVR it and watch it within 48 hours AFTER it's aired it still counts in ratings.

There is always multiple ways to measure even the average thing, so I'm not saying you're wrong but you're not 100% right either.

I wasn't directing my statement at you. I am talking about people on this board in all of the threads collectively about Kap. I completely understand how Neilsen works. My point is that people in general are seeing these cacs for what they are...including people with Nielson boxes.

Nelson surveys are outdated, dumb ass. In the age of big data, your cable box, internet based DVR, stored content is worth FAR more towards dictating advertising dollars.

If you want to support white men, cutting your nuts off, do you. But kill that noise on how advertising interest is generated in a modern world. You really think google is out here with fucking nelsen boxes charging up the ad game.

So you just gone make shit up? None of what you stated is used to determine what you are watching. If you are not apart of the Neilson Survey then your boycotting does nothing.

Some of you fail to understand simple economics. The NFL makes money off advertisers dollars. Not watching does nothing because the NFL has already received the money from advertisers. The only way to successfully boycott would be to boycott the advertisers that ran ads during football games.

70% on the NFL is black. If they are not boycotting then why are you?
