You really couldn't even afford to start the 4th with Lebron on the bench with this rotation. It's fucked up and he needs to rest but I would start the quarter with a timeout before Lebron sits.

Set a screen for JR or Shumpert to curl at the foul line & hit an elbow jumper to get them selves going.
NO long jumpers.
The entire middle of the floor is wide open.

But these dudes don't shoot any 'midrange' jumpers, or 'bank shots'.
They only try to dunk, or shoot 3's.
