How the hell is bum ass Cleveland staying in the game against the leagues new savior Stephan Curry and the Warriors?
Cleveland aint suppose to stand a ice cubes chance in hell against the greatest NBA shooter in history and his side kick Mr. Electric. Did I mention that Cleveland has the weakest bench of the two?
Why aint GS running out the gate on Cleveland? Why is it Cleveland managed to get a double digit lead early on in ever game so far?

They were doing that and he couldn't get Delly off his hip. Delly has straight line speed, but less lateral speed. That's why it might better to let Curry deal with Delly as a ball handler so that he can beat him off the dribble.

kerr was out-coached BADLY in game #2. cleveland defended the 3 point line and kerr made no adjustments. the GS offense was STALE AS FUCK.
that was the same defense miami (with lebron) used on san antonio 3 yrs ago. what GS needs is a motion offense = ball movement. right now, they're raining long range jumpers and praying.

I watched both games and saw something you obviously couldn't see. Maybe your TV is in low def or analog. Mine is in digital HD and GS is can't seem to figure out how to take control of the series.

They don't want LBJ no where near another ring. Especially in Cleveland so I can sort of expect them to see things form a jaded view.

I think people are jumping to conclusions again. This series is likely going 7. And this kind of shit happens with jump-shooting teams. They can also come right back and hit everything. You're going to see one of those games soon where both Thompson and Curry are hitting everything. I think they're going to split in Cleveland.

It may go the distance but the general talking point didn't have it going past 4. No Kyrie and no Love with an even more depleted bench meant no show for the Cav's. Obviously that aint the case and now people are starting to hedge there bets and talking about it going 6-7.
I don't want Gilbert to win either but he is part of the package whether we like it or not. Also I hope Cleveland get a ring. They catch too much shit from other cities and I'm always rooting for the underdog.
Being from Ohio don't hurt none either.
I think he had a bad game but Dellavedova just happened to be the defender on him at that time. He played the best defense he could but he's getting more credit for it than he should. If he does it the entire series I will be more than happy to give him credit.

OAKLAND, Calif. — Ex-Knick J.R. Smith was on the bench, having fouled out with 29.2 seconds left in overtime Sunday night, and watched with glee as the Cavaliers held on for a 95-93 victory in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.
Part of his happiness was avoiding being tagged the goat for his series of ill-advised fouls late in the game.
The Cavs survived Game 2 and all is good despite Smith’s erratic performance that saw him score 13 points, commit two turnovers and six fouls. So far it hasn’t been a good Finals for Smith, who was 3-of-13 in Cleveland’s Game 1 loss. He vowed to drive the ball more in Game 2 and did so, but shot just 5-of-13.
“Mostly I looked at it as my fault,” Smith said. “I had a lot of dumb fouls and turnovers. I put ourselves in a situation for us to lose that game. I lost my focus, but fortunately I have great teammates.”
As he sat on the bench watching the dramatic final seconds unfold with Matthew Dellavedova winning it with two late free throws, Smith crossed his fingers.
“I was thinking, ‘Please win this game,’ ’’ Smith said. “I don’t want the phone calls, the text messages, the Instagrams and tweets. I don’t need that.’’
Late in the fourth as the Warriors rallied from 11 down to force OT, Smith committed a backcourt foul on Stephen Curry, sending him to the line. Then Smith fouled Harrison Barnes on an easy layup. Late in OT, Curry deked and drew contact on Smith with 27 seconds left and Golden State down one. Smith’s foul put Curry on the line to give the Warriors a one-point lead. Smith was done, then but the Cavs weren’t.
Cavs starting center Timofey Mozgov doesn’t have his own podium on the court during the media availability sessions, as the rest of the starters do. The first Russian to ever play in the Finals, Mozgov’s grasp of English is still a lot shakier than his game. The former Knick barely was able to give interviews his rookie year in New York and he still can get flustered. In fact, during a live postgame interview on the Cavaliers Fox Sports telecast after Game 1, Mozgov accidentally answered a full question in Russian, and it became a YouTube hit.
Clearly, Mozgov lets his game do the talking and lets other talk for him. The 7-foot-1 center had a very strong Game 1 and followed it with a 17-point (5-for-8), 11-rebound outing in Game 2, though he didn’t play much in the second half. He finished with just 29:20 as coach David Blatt went with a small lineup. Mozgov has been the best of the former Knicks in this series. According to a source, the Cavaliers made a big pitch at the trade deadline for Knicks point guard Pablo Prigioni . The Knicks instead dealt Prigioni to Houston with a trade exception for a package that included Alexey Shved and two second-rounders. I keep saying it, GSW needs some sort of inside presence to score buckets and get rebound. I have no idea why David Lee is superglued to the bench. The dude can score inside and rebound. He sucks on D, but the Cavs don't have a super consistent low post threat as Mozgov is hit or miss (usually depending upon the HC).
If he continues bothering the MVP wit great defense and can get his scoring into the teens, Delly deserves Finals MVP consideration if Cavs win. Kawhi got it last year doin the same shit.
There have been only 8 sweeps in the NBA finals. Hell even the AI sixers team got a win. Teams will play close games for a game or two before the more talented team starts to win convincingly
One game bruh...one game. Curry simply had a bad shooting night and still found a way to get the game to over time. He will not miss that many open shots the next game. Dell did nothing special.

How is it over analyzing game to game... Your the one caping as if someone is saying Dude owned Curry. So, according to your theory, like I mentioned earlier, there are no such things as great defensive players, only stars who have bad shooting nights. Makes no sense... there is a not so subtle reason why a lot of you are trying to discredit Dudes defense, ridiculous actually.
Curry may very well figure Dude out and roast him next game, but for ONE GAME, which is all anyone is talking about, Dude played great D on Curry, who didn't adjust DURING THAT GAME, and hurt his team with his worse shooting game of his career. No more no less, it doesn't hurt Curry's legacy to be D'd up like that, just like it doesn't help it with all the pleas being copped...

I normally don't make predictions. But Cleveland will in 6.
He didn't get that many open shots. Delly was on his hip though disrupting his shot. That's not even debatable at this point. He played great defense..it was combination of Curry already being a bit off and then being forced into bad shots. I already said it was one game so I don't know why you're repeating it.
