Is that Jim Jackson and Jamal Mashburn??

Man get outta here with that fortune cookie shit. Lebron is at worst a top 10 player of all time. Regardless of era, or conference, or finals records or any of that other shit you are saying or alluding to. You dont have to look for greatness when its slapping you in the face nightly.

He's another Jordan fan overcompensating for Mike's insecurity. We cant acknowledge players who are better or do things better than him, it might hurt Mike's feelings. Bill and Sam got the most rings but their fans arent pressed to see the new generation lose to somehow validate their career. Team Jordan and Kobe have to pretend their guy is out there playing for the Warriors cuz neither 1 been in a Finals for quite some time.

Jim Kelly went to four straight super bowls, is he celebrated :hmm:

I swear ESPN has dudes brainwashed

Lebron is a top 10 player regardless of outcome or future outcomes.

without all the bullshit.

his skill/ability/athleticism/leadership put him right there in the top 10 period.

Keep the bills name out your mouth, those bills teams were dominate those 4 years.. Thurmond Thomas was running through mofos.. Dominate defense

No shame in that either.

But name 10 players youve seen better than him.

If Lebron is listed as a small forward, who is a better SF than him? I don't think Lebron has to play another game and he's top 10 of all time. He's got the MVPs, rings, stats, etc..and he's only 30!

Man don't remind me :smh:

Only Finals where Lebron really fucked up was the first one with Miami against the Mavericks. That shit was pathetic, but he's balled out in the Finals since then so that shit is just an anomaly to me.

The first one in 2007 was just a miracle getting that team there. Shit..that Pistons team was better than any team they beat this year. that muthafucka murdered my Pistons. But he was a kid going against the Spurs... not surprising they got swept. He balled last season...just couldnt get shit from Wade down the stretch because his body was worn out..and again..he was playing against a western conference champion that was complete and playing really good ball... only finals where he really fucked up playing extra smedium was against the Mavs...but he's long made up for that shit...I shit on him extra hard after that bullshit, but he's been super clutch since that series.

That mavs finals made him a better player overall.. They straight up exploited the fact he ain't have a post game.. That summer he went to the lab and it was off the the races ever since

Look at game 1 against GS.. Ninja was all in the post with ease backing down and hitting that fade...

Listen I got Bron making bout 7-8 finals straight.. The question is will his team come through.. Playing with class B and C players ain't cutting it

In Miami he had bosh and Wade.. Them 3 niggas alone that first year was 60-90 ppg

This is the thing. Lebron has a class A team. The problem is that he has a class A team with players that never can stay healthy. So that's the risk he took. If they're healthy, he's playing with two all stars. The problem is that those guys are really injury prone players that you KNOW are never going make it through a series. I give him a pass on Kyrie..but Lebron double-down with Love. Love was only there because Lebron wanted him there. I dont know how you leave Miami with your running made always being injured and then double-down on muthafuckas that are always hurt.

I hate that he's now stuck in the finals with no real help..but at the same time he definitely had control over this shit.

Kyrie is never going to be healthy. So now you bank on that being a freak serious injury with Love (but he's always getting hurt).

So..the east is so weak that he might just be able to get there again..but he's going to continue to lose to the West's best. You better believe GS is gonna be better next year than they are this year..

Lebron didn't have a post game after that season though. He came back as a better shooter and then also assumed leadership over the team. The problem was that he was sharing the role with Wade and then Wade finally fell back a bit and let Lebron have it...and he also grew mentally...got tougher. Mavs pushed Lebron to uncomfortable spots on the floor but mainly they fucked with him Mentally. Jet and Marion were in his head... remember next season, KG and Pierce tried the same shit until he cooked those muthafuckas in the playoffs.. Lebron became the Lebron we know now after that Boston series. That's when he KNEW he was really the best player in the league.

Inkosi has now played in 28 NBA Finals games. His #'s....

25.0 points (46.3 FG%), 8.8 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 1.7 steals, .5 blocks, 33.0 3PT% 76.1 FT% 3.8 TOV

Man I don't understand that shit either.. The east is weak now but that window is closing because you gonna see top tier FA's come east for a chance to get to the finals and there are only a had full of east times with the pieces in place to make that deep run.. You know Miami gonna be right back in the thick of things especially if they land a big time FA

Lebron needs a young guy who can really run with him and go hard. I know a lot of cats don't like Westbrook but he needs that type of player that's gonna go hard and take the load off him. Plus, besides that fluke-injury, Westbrook has been a warrior...never missing games.

Love and Kyrie are the type of muthafuckas that I could easily see get to the playoffs again and get hurt. They're just brittle like that. I want to see the dude in there out there not getting overwhelmed by better teams. Like last year, I know the Spurs were playing much better, but most of that was because wade was at 50 percent. Miami crushed people with their defense more than their offense and Lebron and Wade were smothering people on the perimeter and then they would get running on the break. Also, Wade used to crash the boards hard...but he couldn't even do that. Wade at 50 percent really killed their chances.

People shit on Wade now because his knees are zapping his athleticism but a healthy wade was a fucking MONSTER.

D Wade has played in 29 NBA Finals games....

23.9 points (47.6 FG%), 5.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.0 blocks, 31.1 3PT%, 74.8 FT%, 2.9 TOV

King. Even you have to admit these are some great Finals stats

33.6 points (48.1 FG%), 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 1.8 steals, .6 blocks, 36.8 3PT%, 81% FT, 2.4 TOV

No question, thats why I say he's the best 2 guard to ever play.

I like that type of framing too... positioning or era. I like the same way in other sports too. It's really the only way to do it.. it's too murky once you cross positions and especially eras...maybe less so in individuals sports (like tennis, golf, etc) though

I really wish Lebron would have never gone to Cleveland if he's gonna be stuck with Love and Kyrie. I don't even think Kyrie can continue to play like a traditional PG in the style he plays. He shoots will enough to do more catch and shoots and he might need to... his body is too brittle for all the driving he does...and that's fucked up considering how great he is as a ball-handler and finisher.

Always said Love was a defensive liability and the Cavs didn't need more scoring...but the main problem is that Love is also injury-prone.. it doesnt take much for him to get hurt.

does Lebron want to bank the second half of his prime on Kyrie and Love??

I'm a Mavs fan bro

We don't make the final often

So uh yeah getting cheated like that is gonna piss me off forever

I'll throw you a bone.

When I compiled Wade's Finals stats, I noticed he had 97 FT attempts in 2006. To put it in perspective, Inkosi didnt reach his 97 FT attempt in the Finals until his 4th Finals trip vs. San Antonio in 2013.
