I was hoping like hell that cyborg could make weight n get that fight by December, but she got hurt n that was that.

That fight is turning into what the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight once was....if it happens it'll be too late.

Rousey don't wanna go up in weight or do a catch weight fight with cyborg and she shouldn't because she's the champ and champs don't concede to their challenger's wishes.

That being said;

That cyborg fight is the only fight for her right now. Carano hasn't fought in years and even still it's widely known that she had problems making weight in that 145# women's division in strike force. Her going to 135# just wouldn't make sense, and if Rousey took Carano at a catch weight of 146# then the rumblings would begin that she's running from cyborg. The general consensus would be "if you can take a catch weight match to fight Carano, then why not Cyborg?"

No one else in that division is remotely challenging for her. I know why that Cyborg fight won't happen at a catch weight, but damn it could happen and I don't think it would disappoint.

Rousey medaled in the Olympics at 154#, fought in strike force at 145#. Her only fight is Cyborg.....it needs to happen
