explain the autopsy stating the shots were not from a close distance and all other witnesses place brown 30 feet away.

why wasn't his friend arrested since you are trying to make this about the theft and his friend was with him......but he was able to leave the scene and get a lawyer to give a statement.

All of those other accounts came much later. I'm listening to the dude describing the situation, detail by detail minutes after the shooting and it matching with the police story.

Mike did a lot of dumb shit that day...including robbing a store, pushing back in the police car... fleeing the scene...and then charging back at the officer.

Read the report on the autopsy again. They can't definitely say what happened either way based on the report.... unless you're reading someone else's interpretation of the report and not the report itself.
