Bikers have all of the knowledge in the world. People who don't ride don't know what they are talking about and should be quiet...

What is it about bikers that think that they don't have to obey traffic laws, especially when riding in packs? It looks like many of the bikers were breaking traffic laws before the brake check. Before you say the SUV was honking at the bikers, that is being annoying, not braking traffic rules. Once again, after the brake check, who do the bikers think they are that they are allowed to stop traffic on a busy high way to help or watch the scene unfold? There was no need to have all of those bikes come to a halt and tie up traffic. Besides the SUV driver possible using his horn, what reason did the bikers have to slash the tires or start putting dents in the SUV? Maybe bikers should reconsider how they act on the road, especially in groups. Bikers should accept the fact that while there are plenty of assholes in cars, not everyone in a car is an enemy that should just move over or fall back and shut up.

I can almost guarantee that the biker was trying to slow dude down, NOT stop his car, unless SUV dude was already trying to escape because he did something before the video turned on.

Other videos show these same bikers on the Van Wyck and Grand Central in the Jamaica area on their best behavior. Thats cause they knew they try that same shit in that area some dude on the Van Wyck or GCP would go out his way to run over the entire group.

You got to be kidding. It has already reported that part of the reason the SUV had to stop was because someone had slashed the tires after the initial stop because of the fender bender (before the SUV took off) and that some of the bikers were banging on the SUV, leaving dents. Those actions are crimes. The video does not catch that happening because of where the guy with the helmet cam is positioned. Let me guess though, you think that it is a setup and a lie by the NYPD and the media just to make bikers look bad.

Here's what I don't understand about this keyboard courage and the other bs logic. Humans have a basic instinct of survival. It's like a bunch of guys surrounding you and you have no clue what their intentions are. That person is going to try to plow through the guys surrounding him and get away. I have read some of these comments and in conclusion I realize that the attitudes that most of you have are the very reasons bikers have to always be on the defensive. The real menice is you with the road rage. As many of you know I have been riding for decades. This is an escalation of unfortunate events. Until you have been damn near killed by a non caring, Bigoted against bikers, simply because they are on a bike and you dont like it hater, then you feel that he is somehow justified in almost killing someone. I have been on rides where there were 100 to 500 bikes and traffic control is extremely important due to the fact that anxious to go nowhere ass haters feel as though somehow a motorcycle rider is trying to take something from them. MOst times when we are that deep there is a police escort to protect us from you. I have damn near been run over more times than I care to remember by arrogance from the driver of a car. Bikers have kids wives and families which we also want to go home too. Someone bumps your car you get out and check the damage. Someone bumps your bike you are on your way to the emergency room. Big difference.
If the man in the car had simply let them just go ahead, this would never have happened. If he was so interested in protecting his family he would have stopped when he saw the commotion that could cause his family to be put in harms way.

I dont condone the actions of anyone in this scenario especially the hit and run driver who was in such a hurry he said fuck those bikes and hit one of them regardless of the bikers foolishness. What would it have cost him to just let them pass ? They did not give a damn about him or his Rover til he hit a bike. I can tell you this much , He got off light. I know cats who would have beat him to death right in front of his family. Tensions are just s high with bikers who want tostay alive. On the other hand if that were Texas there would have been shots fired probably by the driver and the bikers. I said all that top say
