The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

they bought to troll the prosecutor calling this fool on skype........ he getting all sorts of calls...

I had to turn the volume down for a work conference call so I can't hear what's going on. What's this witness talking about?

they had a guy testifying via skype and all the sudden the prosecutor was getting randoom ass skype calls from people .... and since they were showing the live feed of the skype all the peoples pictures and names were popping up..... each time a call came in it would interupt the dudes testimony

yeah, I saw the calls coming in
Were they actually making that stupid "skype ring" noise too?

Damn, that gun expert chick was NOT falling for the bullshit. Dude couldn't make her say a damn thing she didn't want to.

Does this weapon need to be per-cocked to fire?

She pulled that gun back to fire.

She pulled the slide back to fire the gun and I believe you have to do that for each round. Pull back, fire, pull back, fire. He had a round in the chamber so all he did was pull the target. I don't know if the safety was on or off, I missed that part.

So while Zimmerman was on his back, he had time to pulled the slide back while he being face pounded, head slammed, choked, and hands over his mouth and nose while Trayvon was sitting on his chest?

A trigger pull is not a safety feature.....O Mara is full of shit....

It's exactly what I was trying to say the other day before dudes on here cut me off. A "Long pull" isn't a safety. A safety is a safety. That gun didn't have a trigger safety (which is a button on the trigger).

^^^^^

Pretty much last night on HLN the black lady said african americans take 3 steps for justice.

1. Complain
2. Protest/march
3. Riot

Yeah man I just got a feeling this is not going to end well.

I don't think they are & remember...the jury aint watching all this biased as coverage either. What the prosecution is doing is giving the defense rope...tons of rope...like Rev Al said today on his radio show, they haven't ended the case & have enough the defense's own bullshit to close the loop & make an argument that the defense can't negate or raise doubt on.

Now, if they close their case without pointing out the contradictions...then they've blown the case.

To me they are blowing it, it seems like every time the prosecution puts on a witness it always ends up in favor of the Defense...:smh::smh:

He tried to get her to say it though....she was like...um no....

Bruh most ppl walk around with one in the chamber.....

Only way a gun will fire is if the trigger is pulled.. which is why you always carry in a holster.

No they fucking don't dude. Who told you that? Most people don't do that, they cock it when they get ready to use it. People do that when they want to shoot themselves in the foot or kill their own child by accident next to them.

and that's why fools are always shooting themselves in the foot and hip or accidental shootings!

Just because a lot of untrained people do it doesn't make it right.

Im saying it is an argument that can be used to show this POS state of mind.
"Locked and Loaded! going in!"
Im of the mind that he had the gun out when he approached the kid and that's what started the tussle.

Bingo.

He supposedly had two safeties on the gun..

No he didn't. He had one safety. I looked up the gun. A long pull is not a safety.

I asked that question yesterday in this thread and was told that question was stupid:rolleyes:

Im not riding around with the safety off and a bullet in the chamber unless I plan on using my gun.

Im pretty sure he chambered the moment he decided to go after him.

Would you not chamber a round before you go and investigate a situation? clambering a round is not an issue.

Yes I would If I knew I was going into a deadly situation. MEANING You were following him looking/expecting a confrontation not looking for an address.

You were trying to say that it would be a strong point for the prosecution, and all I was saying is that line of questioning leads nowhere.. Why have a weapon for self defense if its not ready to go?..

Still is.

And that's my point!!
He said he was looking for a street sign! Why would he need to chamber a round if he was not going to have anything to do with that kid or expect any kind of confrontation?!
He was going to be superman and that scared kid whipped his ass!!!

A man that is scared of you will hurt you faster then a man that doesn't fear you!
Kid fought for his life because that ass hole was chasing him with a gun!!

If I'm investigating a possible crime, I would definitely chamber a round. That's common sense.

Investigating a crime as who? Batman? The Punisher? Your neighborhood watch not neighborhood kill.

A trigger pull is not a safety feature.....O Mara is full of shit....
:lol::lol::lol::lol: to some of the dudes on BGOL it is.

Man he shot that dude at point blank range......I m convinced...Trayvon backed off and yelled help with his hands in the ole...please don t shoot me pose....

Then was shot

No, he had a round in the chamber already. They stated that he carried the gun ready to be fired at any time. So before leaving home he put a round in the chamber by pulling back the slide. So when he was on the ground he pulled out his gun and shot. Again, I'm lost on the part if he had the safety on or off. His gun was semi-auto so that means two actions have to be done for a bullet to come out: pull the slide back, pull the trigger. His gun took 4lbs of pressure to pull the trigger which is considered a heavy pull, not a hair trigger.

I believe one thing.

Someone said, " You're gonna DIE tonight! "

It was not Trayvon.

If he was in fear of his life. I think he would have let off more than one shot. GZ finally got his chance to shoot a live person he thought was a criminal.

No, it does not...it is only pre-cocked to obtain a "READY (to fire) status". If there is NO round in the chamber, you must rack the weapon to put on there. Having one in the chamber means that it was previously racked and ready.

She pulled the slide back to fire the gun and I believe you have to do that for each round. Pull back, fire, pull back, fire. He had a round in the chamber so all he did was pull the target. I don't know if the safety was on or off, I missed that part.

The weapon's chamber was empty, so in order to fire, it had to be racked. Each time a round is fired, another is chambered once the empty cartridge is ejected and is then self-cocked and readied.

To test a weapon's function while empty, you must cock or rack it each time to pull the trigger.

There is NO external safety mechanism as you're trying to visualize. There is just a LONGER pull of the trigger that requires a DELIBERATE pull of the trigger.

I believe one thing.

It was not Trayvon.

^^^^Agreed.

 He's awfully close to those steel targets. Notice how much pressure he has to put on the trigger in order to fire. And upon dropping the clip to reload, he had to rack it first to fire.

What do you call a person walking around with a revolver then?
