I really like the way the media has shifted the argument from the facts, something that Zimmerman would surely looks stupid in, and toward basically a race fueled hoopla of he said she said....
The only thing that should be argued about is the obvious breaking of protocol when Zimmerman approach Trayvon with a loaded gun on him... In other words he is guilty of conducting police activity with out the proper papers, badge, training, and accountability...
As fucked up as cops may be, especially southern cops from the state of Florida, at least they do get some sort of training and they have some accountability, they just can't go around shooting people left and right for no reason and not risk losing their jobs and bringing heat to their station, on top of all that most people immediately realize that cops are people who have fire arms, and their actions towards them is usually predicated by this fact. With Zimmerman how was Trayvon to know who and what Zimmerman was and how was he to know that their altercation was one of him and his fist man fighting a guy with a gun.. Im sure if Trayvon were to know, as in the case of a cop, things would have turned out much differently..
Zimmerman was not qualify to walk up to someone who he described as a big and suspicious at night, the proper action would have been for him to call in 911 and let the qualified individuals handle it.
So regardless what they try to say, as soon as Zimmerman approached Trayvon with that loaded gun, he automatically becomes the aggressor, regardless on how Trayvon may or may-not have acted.... This is something that the media refuses to take in consideration.. And by being the aggressor it is Zimmerman foolish or even racist actions that lead to the death of Trayvon Martin..

Why does the judge keep giving the defense more time to find case law to support their bullshit objections? If they not prepared to make their arguments then fuck em. They been sittin on all that evidence for months.

I think she's just trying to be extra careful when it comes to that, because if she doesn't, and to our surprise, fat boy is convicted, they can use that on appeal.

Now that they have recessed for the day, I gotta say that this is the first day that I'll call a complete state win. Lead investigator admits to Zim profiling, and having some ill will, medical examiner beats up on O'mara, and Zimmerman's boyfriend directly contradicts fatboy's own statement about Trayvon grabbing the gun.

I am not sure man the burden of proof is still on the state. Mark Omara is very good lawyer and he creates alot of doubt for the jury. My only issue with him is when he basically said that TM was about to break into a house with no evidence to even suggest it, bitch ass move. I like how the medical examiner played him she is only person to say don't insult my intelligence.
