The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

You know what i dont undersatnd is why is no one mentioning how and where did zimmerman get out of the car with the gun. How far was the car to where the body was found. Maybe i'm missing something. If the car is ways away from the end of the attack then zimmerman is clearly the aggressor. Unless Trayvon physically carried zimmerman to the point where it all ended.

all of that or anything else that would cause a municipality to turn down his application would be potentially helpful. They do psych interviews for most police forces when they're weeding through recruits... so I would like to see if they saw something in him they didn't like, perhaps the "wannabe cop" syndrome.

Well . . . maybe it was his lack of ability to follow directions, or I don't know . . . perhaps they recognized he was at high risk to start some shit with a 17yr old and get his ass whooped by said 17 yr old, get mad, and shoot a 17 yr old.

Imagine this if he was in uniform or off duty.

The thing about that is that although it's true (no gun while on watch), he wasn't officially on duty. He was going to the store or coming back from the store; so having his gun on him wasn't officially improper. At least that's what the story was last year when it was brought up.

That's a good question.. I was checking on that when that lady who trains neighborhood watch was testifying. Sanford's neighborhood watch handbook had no mention of firearms.

USAonWatch is the national agency for Neighborhood Watch and they specifically state no weapons should be carried. Reps from Neighborhood Watch of the National Sheriffs Assoc. made statements right after the shooting saying that he broke several NW rules. I don't think Sanford is registered which those agencies though.

The one of him on his back had to be taken last. Everyone involved says he was on his stomach after being shot. Zimmerman said in one of his police videotaped walkthroughs though, that after he shot him and Trayvon collapsed, he (George) reached under him and moved his arms out to the side because he thought maybe he had a weapon. Thing is though, when the cops got there, his hands/arms were under his body. They need to bring out that inconsistency.

"Are you sure he said 'he was beating me up?, not killing me?'"
Did Mr.Zimmerman just look like he had been in a fight? or did he look like he needed serious medical attention? was he coherent enough to answer your questions?
I mean he calmed his head was being bashed in but he was still coherent enough to realize TM saw his gun and was reaching for it? all while getting your head bashed in?

again all this is irrelevant becuse it has been proven he was the aggressor and chased this scared kid down and shot him when he tried to defend himself!

It was stated that he got out of his car to follow Trayvon. Trayvon supposedly lost him. So he start walking back to his car. Upon doing so as he got to the T intersection. (According to Zimmerman)Trayvon jump out of hiding and punched him.

He said he was looking for a street sign! Why would he need to chamber a round if he was not going to have anything to do with that kid or expect any kind of confrontation?!
He was going to be superman and that scared kid whipped his ass!!!

Not true. I have guns around the house and they all are ready to go. Chambering a round isnt really an issue. If you have to chamber a round then one is gonna get chambered in you.

The real question is does it really matter who was on top or not. Zimmerman showed aggression 99% throughout the whole ordeal. also whats not being brought up is the skittles and can of arizona. Zimmerman claims that trayvon was on top of him slamming his head against the pavement but there are no blood found no where on those items and on TM's fist. And the bag of skittles and can were found close the body.

Its was also raining and there were no skid marks and footprints in the soil that would tell something?

Also it was 2012 and they had a few break ins in the area, some one had to put up some kind of surveillance cameras.

I believe i read it was one of the first cops to arrive...possibly the chubby one.

Trayvon turned himself over. When he was shot he clutched his chest and rolled over. Probably a desperation move thinking the bullet will come out easier or he could breath easier, but he couldn't breath at all.
