The writers are changing up a healthy amount of shit in each episode. I keep watching scenes and having zero recall of that shit ever happening.

As a book reader, the changes this season bothered me in the first episode. I've kind of grown to see them as necessary evils though, given the show's time and budget constraints. It also adds a small amount of mystery back into the story for those of us that are familiar with the books. It forces us to be somewhat intuitive in deciding how they are going to get to where we know they have to go.
It's nice to still have intrigue.

as to the issue with the changes, they don't really bother me, as long as they don't go twd route by changing huge swaths of the story. You have to remember, that you're going to see things on the show that were only implied in the novels, because in the books, some of those characters did not have POV chapters. Also you got to look at the budget, time constraints (the kids who play arya and bran aren't gonna stay young forever). More importantly, the books show alot of the character's thoughts, which cannot be easily translated on screen without being clever. For example, in the book *SPOILER* Catelyn decided to release Jaime after alot of introspection, however this does not translate well on screen. Hence they used Little finger as the catalyst for that to happen.*/SPOILER*

I don't know about you all, but how many of you just wanted to merc Joffery last night. Its like the little fuck is getting more and more corrupt by the day. What he did to Sansa and those prostitutes aint right. Every time I see that little prick, I just was cave his skull in with a hammer.
My new favorite characters on the show are now Tyrion Lanister and Bronn. Tyrion is physically the weakest character on the show, but he is the most powerful by far. Little dude is just on point with all his angles.
Tyrion has me rolling when he told Bronn to kill Jonos if he said another word. Trion and Bronn had Joffery's entire court shook.
