no doubt , but the sum of it is where it matters, like if u already have other healthy habits it balances out, also remember the study showed ppl who already predisposed to strokes etc so it was easier for them to have problems with erythritolLike I said Bob, more than two decades..... no problems.... since 1998 to be more accurate

Good infoBreaking News Erythritol Update:
You probably saw the erythritol study. I have a full video coming out this week to go over the details. This study should be viewed with a high degree of caution and skepticism. Here’s why:
Erythritol is formed in the human body naturally through the Penthose Phosphate Pathway in response to poor metabolic health.
This means that having high levels of erythritol in your blood are a RESULT of poor metabolic and cardiac health. NOT the other way around.
Consuming erythritol will obviously elevate blood erythritol levels, but it’s likely not causation for cardiovascular events.
All this study did is tell us that erythritol increases erythritol in the blood. Well, no duh.
What it didn’t tell us what the metabolic state of the people in the study, with already (reverse correlational) high levels of erythritol.
So, use caution with this study. Because something seems a little fishy (or should I say…. Sugarryyy if you catch my drift).
It doesn't have a laxative affect on me. I like sweets but my family has a history of diabetes so I use to eat candies with erythritol in it.All the time?????
That shit is like a fuckin laxitive

I was a Diet Coke fanatic. When I was dieting I lost a lot of weight and Diet Coke was my go to. I notice I started slurring my vocabulary. My girl told me to stop drinking that shit. I did and I started feeling and talking normal.I can’t drink Coke Zero or diet sodas. Anything that contains Aspartame gives me severe stomach pain
