"I forcefully pulled my arm back and broke the window due to the defendant's blatant disregard to all of the orders that were given to her, and her attempt to close the window on my arm," Isaacs wrote in an arrest affidavit.

Now truthfully, many overlooked the the first thing she said to the officer was I just had a miscarriage and am heading to the doctor's office. Now any cop reading this, what is the FIRST thing you are to do when confronting any civilian. Medical emergencies are your first priority as a police officer. Even if you have to take a leak or shit, is a priority before anything.

Why did he not ask her about that nor pay any attention to her medical emergency? He never at once asked her anything about that.

I couldn't tell what she said...had a miscarriage wow.

Oh lord.....here you go again.

Proof is in the puddin of this thread man. Say what u will, you guys show it.

5 months ago i got pulled over for the SAME DAMN THING. White cop comes to my window, I roll it down ALL THE WAY and

I ask: "Yes, officer, what seems to be the problem?"

He said: Your break light is out.

I said: I had no clue.

He said: Can I see your registration?

It was not my car, but I knew where the insurance and registration were. so I hand it to him.

He said: I am going to run this info, hold a second.

I said: (with my hand on the steering wheel and the engine off) NO problem.

He said (10 minutes later): there are no other infractions so I am not going to give you a ticket. Here is service ticket. You have 10 days to either take this to an inspection shop to affirm you had the work done or get a cop in your city to give their badge # and ID to confirm the light is fixed. No penalty.

I said: That's it? no fine at all.

He said: Nope. Have a good day.

took 20 minutes of my day and it was over.

TRUE F*CKING STORY.

I have no sympathy for this broad - ZERO
. It ain't about black and white or race. You can't spit on the floor in front of a judge. Its contempt. KNOW YOUR F*CKING ENVIRONMENT. She is a Dumba$$. She deserved everything she got. If she was jet black or pasty white I would not change my opinion.

DUMB A$$.

Pretty much this. How the fuck are you going to catch an attitude with a cop after you were busted driving with a broken tail light and no registration?

Learn to pick and choose your battles better

Broad very easily could have rolled her window all the way down, took the citation, signed it, and drove off! Pick your battles, is what I was always taught and to go through ALL that bullshit for basically something so stupid... is, well, just fucking STUPID!!!! She was trying to be a smart ass, and it went the other way!
:hmm:

I remember the a video posted where a white guy only rolls his window partially down . I don't think she legally has to. I don't understand why she would roll the window all the way down initially then try and keep it up when the officer comes back.

yep...remember it exactly...white guy black cop...cop got frustrated but he didn't overreact like this asshole did...she wasn't a threat the entire time...he basically just abused his power bcuz she wouldn't do exactly as he wanted...the window was rolled down far enough for her to get the ticket or w/e...and it didn't look like she tried to roll it up on his fingers @ all

This is what happens when a dumb broad tries to use legal advice that she halfway understands from a Youtube video. She got caught red-handed with a busted taillight and no registration. She could have just taken that L and went on about her day but instead now she has to deal with citation along with impound fees, repairs to a broken window, bail money, and a lawyer to help fight charges of resisting arrest and failure to obey an officer.

Somebody breakout the Marlo pic...

ya I'll agree w/ that cuz those white boys be annoying as hell creating a situation over some simple ass shit

cop was a dick but please stop acting like rolling down a window all the way is some huge loss of rights...and I'd say the same shit if it was one of these dumb ass cacs who go around making the smallest shit seem like a huge human rights violation

Now if the girl were White would it be a different situation? theyd probably be laughing and talking, maybe even exchange phone numbers

i've always gotten a warning citation for having a break light out.....its not a big damn deal.
go to autozone and get a bulb.....good day. dumb ass brod.

same dudes talking about she didnt have to do this or that are the same dudes that when they are stopped completely BITCH UP and yessuh- nossir police like it was their mama and daddy talking to them

this broad got exactly what she deserved - she wanted to pull a power trip and thought she could get back by being dismissive and got checked

the place for you to argue about a ticket is infront of a judge - NOT on the side of the road with the police

Mofos trying to make how much you have to roll a window down a Supreme Court case!

 I know for a fact you don't talk tough to cops. You wouldn't be alive. You think talking back to a CAC with a gun an the law behind them is some sort of smart move? Do you talk back to people with guns often? If you get robbed at gun point you going to talk back? Cops no different than the robber, they just robbing your rights. So good luck talking back to an armed racist robber.

Look man, when you riding with a broken taillight and no registration, it's not the time to play cute.

If you know your shit is broken and there's no registration, just sign for the shit and plan your defense.

With all of our people that get pulled over for no reason and get bogus charges put on them or worse, imagine how many of them wish all they had to do was roll down a window, sign for the ticket and go home.

I'll save my sympathy and outrage for people that didn't have an easy way out.

No matter what anyone says, all she had to do was leave her fucking window where it was, and go home. Literally.

As a Black person, if you are going to make a legal stand, you know we have to make sure all our shit is straight. You can't be guilty of everything on a ticket then try to pull some shit man.

Fuck the cop. I don't care about him. I just would like for young black people to make it home with as little bullshit as possible.

:yes::yes::yes:

Would YOU have behaved like that cop did and made up charges that were clearly a lie? If your answer is ANYTHING different from "the same way he did" shut the fuck up:hmm::hmm:

well how did the cop behave?

he pulled her over for a traffic violation..small but legit

he explained why..at this point the window is fully open.

he asked her to produce documents for the car...

when she failed to he ran her plate... so far so good..do you agree up to this point??

when he got back to the car she had rolled her window up to a small opening. he asked her to roll it down and she rolls it down part way..he asks her again to roll it all the way down and she questions why..NOW IS THIS A BATTLE THAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE FOUGHT??

cops are jumpy to begin with because many have gotten killed or injured in routine stops...so the minute she started being obstinate about the window is the minute the tension ratched up.

If I were him I would be angry that she's being a bitch about the window and concerned for my safety as well.

stop blaming the victim

ill never understand how a cop can be that gung ho over a fucking tail light

hell in nys its a fix it ticket

fix it within 24 hrs and you dont even have to pay the fine

dude is just an idiot that loves power and gets off enforcing it

hell the cpus in the patrol car can tell you if the car is registered or not

I never blamed the victim. I said: I don't understand...

in the real world, whether cops get off on the shit is irrelevant. cops can fuck up your life way more than you can fuck up theirs.

all these lawyers up in here. you prepared to have your car impounded, spend at least 47 hours in lock, have the shit on your record and/or have to spend time making sure the shit is expunged?
sure, you can. it's your right. be my guest. and good luck with that
if you don't know how to burn a cop by now, oh well

Take your ticket and go home that's what I would've done. Choose yor battles wisely.

What did she gain by not putting the window down?

Did she win a battle?
Did she make a point?
Is her life now better because she didn't put her window down?

Thousands of people get tickets everyday, sign your ticket and move on. If you felt you were done wrong fight it in court.

I was coming into this thread again to make this very point, peeps keep talking about the cop being on a power trip, how is the girl NOT on the same journey?!?

She's trying to get some modicum of respect for herself claiming some sort of small victory by not totally complying with the officer on something she already did!

The place to establish your rights is in court, instead of leaving with a simple equipment ticket, this chick now has @ least 3, has been arrested, probably had the car impounded (since she had no registration) has a broken window and now lawyer's fees, court costs, & most importantly, TIME lost for dealing with a bullshit case that could've ALL been solved by simply rolling her fucking window down some 8-10"!!!:smh:

Leave it to BGOL to cosign this BS!!!

Agree that she should of just winded down her window. But still does not justify him reaching his hand into her car, deliberately breaking her window. His report states thats what he said.

He is under investigation for this incident.

I for one am not saying what she did was right. When he said get out the car, she should of. He said wind down the window, she should of, but it was down enough for him to hand her the clip board. Was not that serious for him to break her window.

that is out of control.

If she had a gun, then afraid, what if she shot him then?

Just this year, my brake lights weren't working properly. I got pulled over on 2 separate occasions, I played it cool and got off both times with just a warning. I know the game (even though not fair for us) and I know how to play it accordingly. The chick is young and her immaturity showed. She gave dude a reason to go in on her. Like somebody said, pick your battles wisely.

This is coming from somebody who hates most cops with a passion.

I hate that "its not that serious" argument...because its onesided..if its not that serious for him to break the window then its not that serious for her to roll the window all the way down...especially when it was fully open to begin with.

Ok, but it's not one-sided. I said she should of out it down more. But tell me where he was endangered that he felt the necessity to break her window to eject her from the car.

He could of easily called a supervisor and alleviated a lot of this. More officers would of come, and at least a senior officer would of calmed the whole thing down.

The whole time the other female officer was looking in the car. The girl never forced the window back up. I looked at other clips on YouTube. Her right hand was on the phone, other in her lap.

Listen from the 2:00 mark on the original video, she said I just had a miscarriage and I'm bleeding profusely.

She could of been lying, but he never acknowledged a concern for that.

in this video, she says it at the :40 min mark

Video wouldn't have been that long if she'd just put the window down in the first place :hmm:

:smh:

She had the right not to open the glove department in front of him and look for the registration. She should have looked in there when he went back. Even if she didnt have it she could've presented in traffic court and had it tossed out. She was looking for problems and not thinking clearly. I wouldn't want to be this woman's boyfriend or husband. She either was having a fucked up day or her personality is very combative. Fuck legality, comply and get the hell on.

this is after he took the five minutes to run her plate. this is after the initial stop and conversation. the full vid is 6 minutes long.. the youtube is almost 4..they cut out the time it took to run the plate which is another 3-5 minutes. If it were an emergency why not mention that in the first place?

when he asked her to roll down the window she asked why when he said the reason she ignored it and then asked why again?

MAYBE she was having some kind of hormonal shit going on but that was the wrong time and line to draw.

Basically! A lot of the bullshit could be avoided if, every now and then just shut the fuck up, do what is asked, and then battle that shit in court if needed. Some of us just want to lean into every punch instead of ducking a few!
:smh:
