Y'all eating Paula Patton's fried chicken?

Cac chicken recipe..... potato salad with raisins is the side

sidebar: when hos that don't know how to cook have too much free time on their hands and make cooking videos.... Robin Thicke dodged a bullet here.... I can see why he cheated on her

.

She washed the chicken off, what does the bitch mean the chicken ain’t clean? Did she want her to soap up the chicken? Most people rinse off the chicken dry it season it then flour it. The fuck this ho talking about aside from no seasoning. PS Raw Paula Patton

the thing is I was raised on properly washing/cleaning/seasoning meat

but there is a downside

if you don't do it properly?

All that "washing" can actually spread more contamination

and the heat from properly cooking should KILL any and all bacteria.

So I guess scientifically rinsing and properly cooking to temperature is ENOUGH

I don't want to be a hypocrite cause I still do it the old way but I UNDERSATND what she doing

with her fine ass.

Recently someone was arguing with me about washing meat. I'm for it.....then they asked if I washed ground/minced meat....I'll still wash washable meats lol.
There's no such thing as washable meat..... either you do or you don't.... and if 375 degree grease for twenty minutes don't kill any germs.... washing it in cold water or dipping it in lemon juice ain't cutting it either

Rinse low grade chicken because I don't trust how it was handled and their maybe debris/bone shavings from processing. That's my reason but if it's higher grade restaurant quality meat, it's an unnecessary step. She lost me at seasoning it after it's in the oil, she obviously doesn't know the basics. This is not cookery, it's fuckery.

I’m talking about when she rinsed the chicken off that bitch said it’s not clean. It’s raw chicken rinsing it off don’t make it “clean” it just removes the package slime and all that. I turned it off after that bitch started seasoning the grease

Xavier McDaniel's point is that she didn't rub salt in the chicken. That is the "wash" she's referring to. That supposedly kills bacteria or helps it rinse off.

Ummmmm.... okay.... what about the bacteria in the flesh?...That's why you cook at the proper temp and time :smh:

Family! Why y'all in shock? Y'all know her Momma a Cracka!

She was trained by WHITE folk! Her shitty cooking is no surprise!

Patton was born in Los Angeles, California, to Joyce (née Vanraden), a school teacher, and Charles Patton, a lawyer. Her mother is White American and her father is African-American.[2][3][4] She graduated from Alexander Hamilton High School, and then started college at University of California, Berkeley, transferring to University of Southern California's Film School after her first year. Shortly after completing her studies, she won a three-month assignment making documentaries for PBS.[5]
