i pretty much thought so after Borderlands The Pre-Sequel dropped..
I heard the shit is choppy as hell on current gen when you play co-op. Me and the fam gonna play through 2 and hope they patch it later.

Last year, as the game company Crytek went through near-catastrophic financial struggles, they found help from an unlikely source: the tech giant Amazon.
Amazon agreed to a huge licensing deal involving Crytek’s proprietary tech, CryEngine, according to four people familiar with the deal, all of whom spoke anonymously because they were not authorized to speak publicly about this arrangement. Though I haven’t been able to pin down the exact dollar figure—one source said $50 million; another said 70—sources say it was substantial enough to help Crytek recover from the financial difficulties that kept them from paying some staff for months, as we reported last year.
Last month, representatives for Crytek teased that the multinational company had struck a big licensing deal that helped save the company, likely a reference to this partnership with Amazon. “It was a huge one, probably the biggest one,” Crytek co-founder Faruk Yerli said in mid-March. “I can’t say anything more in detail, but hopefully we’ll be able to announce it with the partner soon.”
It’s unclear what Amazon plans to do with CryEngine, a powerful set of tools that has been used in all of Crytek’s games (Crysis 3, Ryse) and licensed to a number of external developers for games like Turtle Rock’s Evolve and the upcoming Bethesda free-to-play game BattleCry. As a game engine, “CryEngine” is essentially shorthand for a deck of middleware software including a graphics renderer, a physics engine, and other development tools all created by Crytek’s engineers to facilitate game-making. Amazon may have licensed out the engine to use for their games, or, as some sources have suggested, they may be using it as a baseline to build their own proprietary gaming engine.

Last year, the tech giant poached Portal lead Kim Swift and Far Cry 2 designer Clint Hocking to work on top-secret projects that still haven’t been announced. Amazon also purchased Double Helix, the development studio behind 2013’s Killer Instinct. In April of 2014 they launched an Android-based gaming and streaming console, the Amazon Fire TV, but it failed to make much of an impact on the video game world, even after they snagged the infamous Flappy Bird as an exclusive. Most industry observers believe Amazon has grander ambitions for gaming.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Leaked, Xbox One, PS4, PC Release Confirmed
Update: We have not yet received a comment from Square Enix, but Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was just confirmed as real via Game Informer's newest cover.
Mankind DIvided will take place two years after Human Revolution. It focuses on humanity's fear of augmented people after the conclusion of the previous game. No release date is set yet, but it's coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Original Story: Square Enix's sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution may have just leaked. Kanobu (via NeoGAF) revealed imagery and information on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, developed by Eidos Montreal, which is allegedly coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and stars returning hero Adam Jensen fighting across the globe, including Czech Republic.
Actions from Human Revolution will not, apparently, carry over, as none of Human Revolution's four endings is considered canonical. Screenshots suggest that Mankind Divided is once again a first-person action game featuring third-person cover, as well as cybernetic augmentation, giving Jensen the ability to deflect bullets, see through smoke with x-ray vision, and hack computers remotely.
Additionally, Jensen can augment his weapons with silencers, scopes, and other attachments. All of this plays into whether or not players decide to go in guns blazing, or with stealth, a la Human Revolution.
Last year, Square Enix revealed Deus Ex Universe as an all-encompassing franchise umbrella. We previously learned that it would not be an MMO, and saw some early concept art of the next game. The publisher has been teasing a new game since Monday via a Twitch ARG called Can't Kill Progress.

Caught in a thick tangle of deceit, Geralt will need all his cunning and strength to solve the mystery and emerge unscathed.
Blood and Wine, a 20-hour-plus tale that will introduce the all-new in-game region of Toussaint, will take Geralt to a land untainted by war, where an atmosphere of carefree indulgence and knightly ritual masks an ancient, bloody secret.

Update 2: There has been some discrepancy over CD Projekt's plans for DLC. The promised 16 pieces of add-on content will be delivered at no additional cost to all players.

In the next few months, Xbox will be partnering with Hauppauge to release a lower cost version of this tuner, the Hauppauge TV Tuner for Xbox One, retailing for MSRP $59.99, and available to everyone in the U.S. and Canada.
We are also pleased to announce that we are expanding support for the Xbox One Digital TV Tuner to preview members in 11 more European countries starting today, adding Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland. The Xbox One Digital TV Tuner is already available today for those in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom, and will be available at retail in these 11 new countries later this year.

IGN commenters cleared it up for me. DLC is still free but these are "expansions".

Because if you see a 50% off, your mind is set on "wow 50% off! That's an amazing deal." You're more likely to justify a half off purchase over a price markdown. I see it with my chick all the time. She'll never tell me how much she paid for a clothing item because she doesn't know. All she knows is "IT'S x% OFF!!". She swipes her card and doesn't look at the receipt.
