Publisher Electronic Arts is currently under investigation by law firm Holzer Holzer and Fistel, LLC for possibly misleading investors and analysts regarding the quality of Battlefield 4, which has been plagued with problems across all platforms since it launched in late October.
Holzer Holzer and Fistel is focusing its investigation on statements made between July 24, 2013 and December 4, 2013 regarding Battlefield 4's development, sales, and impact on EA's revenue and future projects. The Atlanta-based law firm is looking into whether EA violated federal securities laws during this time by making false statements about the game's status.
The firm encourages those who purchased EA common stock between July 24 and Dec. 4 or who suffered investment losses during this year contact Holzer Holzer and Fistel attorney Marshall P. Dees regarding legal rights in this case.
Holzer Holzer and Fistel is a law firm focused on representation of shareholders and investors and investigation of SEC violations. The company currently has a number of outstanding cases, including investigations into clothing retailer Urban Oufitters, Ventrus Biosciences and Lumber Liquidators Holdings.
On Nov. 18, Battlefield's servers suffered DDOS attack, which was followed by two weeks of fixes and patches issued across all platforms to address various bugs and crashes. Last week, EA announced that it would cease work on future Battlefield 4 expansions until issues with the current state of the game have been rectified. As a result, on Dec. 6, EA's stock dropped 7.3 percent. Yesterday, DICE created a tracker page on the Battlelog forums for the top problems within the game and status updates on incoming fixes.

Looked it up when I got home. They not even at 5 million yet. That's not Good. A year head start, more games, and a cheaper price but they will be in third in less than a year.
Nintendo should become a third party developer, because I don't think they will do well this upcoming year.
The Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts will offer a new kind of canine companion tomorrow, Dec. 12, with wolf DLC for the game's multiplayer mode, publisher Activision announced today.
You can deploy the Guard Dog killstreak after they've strung together five consecutive kills without dying. Doing so dispatches a dog to your side that will follow you, growl when enemies are nearby and attack them. If you'd rather run around with a wolf, you can pay $1.99 to pick up the wolf skin for the Guard Dog killstreak. Also available tomorrow on Xbox platforms is some free DLC, the Festive Weapon Pack, which will let you deck out your guns with holiday skins.
According to Activision community manager Dan Amrich, the wolf DLC will be available on other platforms at some point in the future. The company posted a trailer for the add-on to the Call of Duty Instagram account; you can watch the video below.

Now my Xbox works fine when I say "Xbox on". What they said was true that once the system learned your voice it will operate smoothly. Now I can talk low and the system will operate smoothly.
I got some beef with xbox one...
Why can't I play movies/tv shows from my usb flash drive like I could with the xbox 360?
Why can't I send voice messages? So now I gotta type every single message? No longer will I get hate mail from someone I just beat and hear their rage message.
The tv integration feature isn't available in Canada...not a big deal to me since I don't watch much tv but I'd like to have that feature. I actually have my xbox 360 connected to my xbox one's hdmi slot so I can play games with friends that haven't switched over and play my usb flash drive videos.

I've been shocked at how some of these Youtube channels and partners have been able to make millions of dollars a year by playing somebody else's product.
A programmer on a game who makes 100K a year will look up and see a guy play his game on a Youtube channel and make a $1 million a year.

Not true. You had to do something. Let loose with the details! There are bids online that say it is due to echo from hardwood flooring and such, which I have. What is your space like? I still can't get mine to awake after talking to it damn near two weeks now.
Do you have "Instant On" enabled?.. If not, you've been talking to yourself..
So with this logic IGN, GameSpot, Revision3, and the rest of the popular gaming sites shouldn't make a profit?...
There is no copyright protection for use of another person's work as long as it's for education, satire or review. They will find a loophole. Plus that's ads for the company so they won't file any claims.
Some of the companies don't care (Ubisoft, Capcom, Blizzard and Deep Silver) if you monetize. But you're right if i was working on a game and some fucker like PewDiePie was commentating on my work and making a killing doing it, id be fucking heated and salty as fuck.
Fuck that fair use shit. I'd let those copyright infringement notices fly

They should be allowed to do it for some games. (fighting games, sports, shooters, racing games, sandbox games) I didn't buy Beyond two Souls, i watched Chris smoove play that game from beginning to end. Saved me $60 Cool for me but bad for the developers, i see why some of them are mad.
I loved that series too.. Still thought about renting it so I could choose different options and get different endings.
I have carpet. I kept calibrating the kinetic. I did not have it at the edge. when I moved it to the edge of entertainment center and it recognized my floor. (Have never seen that before)
I made sure that instant on was activated. Now to learning voice
I would say "Xbox on" and nothing would happen. Then I would pause between Xbox and on such as "Xbox- - On". Nothing happened. I said it again but changed the way I said "On". It powered right up.
What I realized was that it takes a pause between Xbox and on for it to recognize the command. After a few days of using the system I noticed that it started to recognize my voice. Now when I say the turn on command it fires right up
It's funny you guys say this as there was recently an article written discussing Nintendo.
One suggested that it go 3rd party developer and the other said that the game pad that comes with it isn't worth it. This guy suggesting l suggested selling the Wii U minus the game pad for $100 less than currently priced and sales should escalate.
Only problem with doing that is the Wii U would then be comparable with prices of used (and in some cases new) PS3/XBox systems.

I just wonder why Youtube jumps on you if you upload anything from
a network show, music or movie but allows you to put up the whole game without any repercussions.

ive never been into rpgs or mmos but this game caught my attention. im not really big into multiplayers either but since its not the normal mp im planing on playing this. i thought it was sort of the unofficially skyrim 2.
ive never played any elder scroll games. do you think i could just buy this and have fun/ catch on fast or would you recommend buying skyrim in order to get a feel for rpgs?mmos and the elder scroll game play specifically to make sure Id even want to buy elder scrolls online?
Same with mine. I couldn't say 'Xbox on' together as it didn't work. If I put a pause between Xbox and on, it works almost all the time.
Outside of the initial on, the voice commands work great. I love being able to have my back turned to the tv and just say which channel to watch,
titan fall and this will be the reason i buy a xbone
