Workout Heads What the best way to get bigger arms

I would suggest to do bodyweight exercises. Pull ups, press ups, Dips, Bodysquats etc. Also be careful what you eat as well. Its just as important what you do in the kitchen as well as in the gym.

YOU ARE AN EVIL BASTARD

I did this shit this morning. I really thought I was gonna have a heart attack. that shit was rough. On the first set I was good until I was finish. As soon as i racked them weights it was like a took a straight jab to the chest. I toughed out 3 sets of it though. I almost went home after cuz I was outta gas but I walked it off. I think imma add that to the arsenal.
