If you like dead lifts and squats, try this, I call em "Heart Attacks".
Pick a moderate weight (I use 2 45 plates).
Do 10 deadlifts (bent or stiff legged).
On the 10th take a few breaths and flip the bar up to your shoulders (front/top of the chest) and do 5 over head presses.
On the 5th rest the weight behind the head and do 10 squats.
When your done RACK the weights b/c more than likely you wont be able to get the bar back over your head again to floor the weights.
Then wait for your heart attack, I advise to not sit and to walk around a bit untill your heart rate comes down.
