WHY DOES #ADOS ALWAYS CITE RIGHTWING SOURCES FOR THEIR ARGUMENTS...?.(receipts galore!)

He may have been born here, but he makes it very clear that he is of Hispanic immigrant descent, identifies as “white” on government form, and has nothing but contempt for Black Americans.

Don’t believe me? Read the quotes below. And these are the “pan-African distant cousins” you think we should be trying to unite with and help more immigrate here. :smh:
@ contempt for black america....
I was born here! My mother is 1st generation "american" white, not black!

A lot of these ADOS cats on twitter are really.....

It's disinformation. There are true supporters, but they are being amplified by agents of chaos. That's why hardly anyone not on social media has even heard of the ADOS movement, while they are taking credit for "wins" and "losses" that would have happened anyway. 2018 election all these white folks on this other forum were hyped up because of accounts of supposedly black folks saying they were leaving the dem party. There were some YouTube vids also. Supposedly all the black folks "woke up" and got off the "dem plantation" and were now going to support Trump because of low unemployment numbers, that he didn't start, he just hadn't had time to eff it up. Most of the accounts had istock photos. 2018 would have been the best midterm year ever had it not been for gerrymandering already in place. There was complete silence on this subject afterwards.

Posted this in another thread but adding it for the sheep in here:

I am trying to WARN you tone-deaf motherfuckers! As the other guy said, Biden ain’t it! If you run a Dem candidate who lacks a comprehensive plan for Black America, and even worse has a documented history of associating with segregationists and pushing policies that have negative effects on Black communities, then the Dems will LOSE! Take your heads out of the sand, and out of your own asses, and read the article below:

The more fundamental problem was that representation wasn’t enough. It never is. Voters of color are sick of being used as props, and they tend to respond, regardless of race, to candidates who show up early and often, tailoring their campaigns to the community’s specific needs. This isn’t a secret: Black voters warned as much after the last presidential election. In a November 2016 interview with the New York Times, some black voters from Wisconsin, perhaps the key swing state, said they decided to stay home on Election Day because both Clinton and Trump struck them as all talk and no action. Trump wound up winning the state by 23,000 votes after the black turnout rate dropped from 79 percent in 2012 to 47 percent in 2016, the lowest in the state’s recorded history.
“Milwaukee is tired,” said barber Cedric Fleming. “Both of them were terrible. They never do anything for us anyway.”

Part of this was voter suppression and being influenced by disinformation campaigns.

Not true Camille. At least not for black voters.

10% at most was that. The other 90% was running a weak candidate with a weak record on black issues following a weak, no-black-agenda-having so-called first black president!

Wake up!!!

I tried to go to the timeline to see her posts, but the account is already suspended. I don't know if they were tweeting about ados or not.

They weren’t. Drayonis, like mangobob, is pushing disinfo in here. ADOS didn’t even pop off as a hashtag until a year ago. It wasn’t being used in Feb 2018.

You just posted 2016 turnout went from 79 to 47 percent for black voters, and now youre telling me it wasn't for black voters? Make up your mind, boo.

You said “2018 would have been the best midterm year ever had it not been for gerrymandering already in place.”

I thought you were referring to voter turnout. What did you mean by “best midterm year”?

So right before the midterms on this other forum folks were talking about black folks abandoning the party in droves, it didn't happen. We had one of the best midterms ever and would have picked up more seats if not for the gerrymandering.

You then posted about turnout dropping in 2016. My response to that was part of it was voter suppression. We had tons of threads at the times about the voter ID laws, wrong hours being posted, refusing proper id, long lines, broken equipment, voting registration and polling centers being closed or people misinformed.

You're referencing two different responses to two different quotes.

No I'm saying a lot of these people pushing these naratives are operatives from the conservative side. Cosigning and manipulating these folks. Some of these BGOL members too

Yeah it's a classic tactic. Declare something with a black, or friendly to whatever group, face and try to build consensus. Facebook was full of groups and Twitter full of accounts doing this.

“... on this other forum ...”

What other forum? It could have been anything - Fox Nation or something.

I posted the article about the massive 2016 drop in Wisconsin as general info. You just happened to post something at the same time about 2018.

My ultimate point is that the massive drop in black voter turnout in 2016 in Wisconsin and the lackluster black voter turnout in the 2018 midterms have far more to do with the LACK OF A COMPREHENSIVE BLACK AGENDA from the Dems than any kind of misinformation campaign or voter suppression.

The Dems are doomed to learn this lesson again the hard way in Nov 2020.

I disagree that was a major part, but that's ok. I'm sure it played a factor for someone.

Voter suppression = democrats running weak, racists candidates and expecting to be gifting so-called black votes with nothing to give in return.

If you say so.

Older people are especially disenfranchised. Even white folks got caught up:
