But now that I am older and a bit wiser I have a different take on the situation. First i think it has a lot to do with how men a women develop differently, and how these differences seem to be exasperated in the black community (probably due to lack of fathers and male role models)....
But here is how it usually goes down...... During the High School years, you know how it goes down, the ones who usually get the top chicks are the kool kats, pretty boys and jocks..
Most can't controle being a Jock or a pretty boy, but being cool is something we all can be, so most young kats try to be cool and go hard at it, often getting in trouble both leagally and physically.. But hey it works and the older you get the harder you have to go....
The problem is the game changes at around 22 when kats start moving away from Mommy crib.. Also around that age, the hot chicks have been pumped with so much bullshit by dudes trying to play fake baller, that they develop a resistance against the bs.
So at 22 the only ones that will fall for that High School game are less atractive chicks, fat chicks, not to bright chicks (chicken heads) or younger ones who don't know no better. Whats makes it worse, the older you get the situation also gets worse..
This is due to the fact that women mature faster, coupled with all the bullshit lies that they fell for by so many fake players out there pumping their heads with so much bullshit...
At around 30 most guys catch on, and begin to change their lifestyle too bad for the majority of us, by then we are either settled down or have a kid or two, but those who is still in the game and got their game tight, this can be a golden age. Because is you keep yourself up you can still have your swagg but now you have the head to deal with the women, and wile the ages from 22-28 usually favor the women, (they have the oportunity to choose from wider pool of populous, young guys still and older men), however from 30 and above men run the game (this is when our pool is wider we have the older women to choose from to the younger chicks)...
If your game is tight you dont even have to go after the women, all you do is meet a lot of them, networking is king, and sit back and let them come to you... A rule of thumb with dealing with women 22 and above, the less thirsty you appear the better off you are, but on the side note you must be smart enough not to fall in the friendship zone. Me I always kept it 100% and if they wasn't with it I always had numbers to say fuck it and bounce to the next chick. Guess after all the bullshit we get smarter also, so keeping that in mind its much harder for a younger female to pull a older guy especially one with swagg, so it becomes a challenge for them, and guys know how competitive females can be..

I'm not sure what the OP wants. Considering his stated difficulties with women his age, he should be happy with the attention from younger women, many of whom see him as a more experienced man unlike older women who question his lack of progress in his life.

You are so right and as a teacher in an all girls high school, I have experienced this all too often. As one of the other posters mentioned, young girls gravitate to older men especially when they don't have fathers at home. The way some of these 15 year old girls are looking lately, it's hard to resist their sexual advances no matter how professional you are. For some of us teachers it's damn near impossible. Personally, I think the age of consent should be lowered in order to avoid teachers being unjustly punished. There is nothing like trying to teach a class with a hot young adolescent in the front row in a mini skirt showing you the full essence of her burning desire between her legs.
