As to your points, they are not relavent. The cop saw what he assumed to be was a minor breaking curfew (1:30am?). Whether he was concerned for her well being is secondary at this point because she did not appear to be in danger, she was however breaking the law.

He stopped her to investigate, as he should have done, one thing led to another, and here we are.

You see, I'm not trying to get caught up in the details of what his mindset was when he stopped her, because he was doing his job. She was wrong and continued to make the situation worse.

And again, I don't agree with the punch, but I can't really fault him for it. He was patient up to this point, and tried not to hurt her.

One more time, this is not really the fault of the child, rather the parents/guardians are ultimately responsible, but it still does not absolve the child of any responsibility.

It really doesn't matter what she was being "arrested" for. Fact is that she was being detained by a police officer and was required to comply. Period. If there was an improper arrest then they could've sorted it out later. You have NO option to resist. It's just plain dumb (like you).

The fact the cop was wearing gloves does not make it acceptable for the 15 year old to assault a police officer.

If Amerikkka is that bad why don't you go to Sudan where the Arabs are slaughtering Africans ? The court of law will deal with the issues about the procedures followed during the arrest. The court of public opinion will deal with the actions we see in the video. This girl was supposed to comply to the officers commands
