The Cop Should Have Just Held Her Down And Called A For A Female Cop To Assist And Or Arrest Her. It Would Play Better Than A Large Male Officer All Over A Little Girl Trying To Arrest Her. But Then Again I Heard Female Officers Are Just As Bad When Arresting Other Females.

4. Was his mind state not about concern but on making an arrest of a 15yr old girl?
