An alleged 15-year-old car thief was caught following a police pursuit in East New York.
Police say it happened around 9:42 a.m. on the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Hegeman Avenue. Surveillance video shows the black Honda Accord driving head-on into a traffic pole that fell, striking a 71 year-old-man.
The victim was transported to Brookdale University Hospital in stable condition.

I've talked about being in a stolen car but we wasn't on no Fast & Furious shit,we were being extra careful so no one wouldn't notice us or the car we didn't want to get caught but these new YN's hanging out the window,speeding and the police are ignoring them cause they don't want to chase them,I've witness it with my own eyes .
