I don't know about sad, but it definately made me shed a tear when Tibbs slapped Endicott right back (In The Heat Of The Night movie). The look on Gillespie's face was priceless. My first owned moment I've ever witnessed.

and they did that shit back in 1967 I know white folks was ready to have a fuckin fit

Since i'm close to my pops, I couldn't help but shed a tear for this one. I felt bad for lil dude.

It was all good though, cause afterwards I left the theater and proceeded to do man things like cut the grass and lift weights.

You tellin me ya'll mofo's never seen Sankofa? Amistad ain't shit next to that movie...

Phenomenon ain't to be slept on neither, had some good lines in there...

Big co-sign on Rabbit Proof Fence. I already knew about the hell the Aborigines was catchin' at he hands of white Australians, but that scene in the beginning of the movie when the grandmother is just sitting on the dirt road after her grandkids get stole for 'reeducation' trying to kill herself by repeatedly banging her self in the dome with a little rock disturbed the fuck outta me. FUCK.

Every mofo who said Roy's speech at the end of Blade Runner deserves props for being a true, quality sci-fi head - I've put that on many a mixtape...

For the mofo who said the final ep of Babylon 5 - Mofo, I just rewatched the whole 5 seasons of that shit on my computer - my opinion - the most quality, thought provoking 5 years of TV sci-fi EVER. Beats anything.

The roundouts:

Good Will Hunting
Awakenings
Flowers for Algernon (book too)
Runaway Train
A Simple Plan - (somehow the endings for these two make em listworthy)
Vanilla Sky
Gattaca (basically a black nigga passing story of the future)
First Blood (Gotta throw this in - the speech Rambo gives about not even getting a job pumpin' gas? FUCK)

Cooley High
Hotel Rwanda

i would say Rosewood
but when I esther rolle character got shot
it pissed me off for a couple of days

Man on Fire
Not that it made me cry but when Denzel asked Christoper Walken "do you think the Lord will forgive us for what we've done?" Then Walken caually said "no".

The Legends of the Fall. The scene when Tristan went out fighting the bear was bananas. Lived life his way to the end. "A rock the family broke themselves against"

People dont remember this one but Tiger Land with Colin Farrell

When he took his boy's place at the end and ripped up his diary as the bus drove away. He was a reluctant soldier but born leader

Dances with Wolves

Wind In His Hair when he was screaming "Do you see that I am your friend? Can you see that you will always be my friend?"

the second half of the film, after the scene where sara was telling harry about how she hates being alone(scene even had the cameraman crying, which is why the camera looked like it was drifting out of focus for a second)
