Yeah, I used to play that jawn growing up.

Gotta try to throw the ball on the end of the curb with it bouncing back towards you.

That shit used to be fun.

Cars used to hate coming down the street when we would play curveball.

We called it Curb Ball.

At my dad's firehall back in the 90s ... they used to play wallyball.


Essentially it was volleyball wherein you could use the walls. So people would strike it high off the wall on a serve or volley, and you would scramble trying to play it back as the opposition. He said it was pretty funny watching people anticipate the ball hitting the wall at 20 feet, etc. Then regular play thereafter mixed in with wall strikes.

Curb/Curve Ball was the shit. Just needed a ball and a little block. We used to play that shit all day on Croskey Street
