There was a senator back in the 90s i think that proposed a bill that would for women that lived on welfare and assisted living, if that got their tubes permanently tied, they would get a onetime payment of 3,000 dollars. The whole country was going nuts saying that that would be cruel.
I live in Cleveland Ohio and some of these project bitches are having babies left and right and some don't amount to shit. There is a string of auto thieves, burglaries and murders here and these lawless fucks are coming from piece of shit parents. They should have let these sorry ass whores tie them shits off and the country would probably be much better off in some of these inner cities.

I hate to sympathize with your view, but I will say this:
My experience, as a person growing up in the hood before it was called that, and working with people in the hood professionally for years, what you are saying is closer to the truth than most of us want to admit.
The thieves you are talking about are people I dealt with when they were around 10. In EVERY situation, WITHOUT FAIL, the kids with no parental control to speak of were constant problems, to the point that the havoc they routinely wrought literally prevented learning to take place. In a population of 30, it only takes about 3-5 to absolutely halt progress.
Without those 3-5, significant advances can be made, not only in terms of learning, but in terms of psychological development.
The rules, such that they are, ensure that the TROUBLESOME WILL ALWAYS BE KEPT AMONG US. They behave as governors to our progress.
