What makes Kobe so much better than D-Wade?

rookie dwayne wade + lamar odom + caron butler got how deep into the playoffs?

8th year veteran tobe + lamar odom + caron butler finished last place in their division.

you're right, your post is laughable.

For that team in the regular season Dwyane Wade was the third best player on the team. The Heat was 42-40 in the weaker Easter Conference.

Let's also forget the fact that the two best players for that lakers team, Kobe Bryant and Lamar Odom missed a combined 33 games.

Kobe missed the last 15 games of that season with an injury. The lakers record during that stretch? 2-13.

So what was your point again?:smh:

the fact that kobe has a couple of rings and is a way better jumpshooter

i rank wade 3rd behind kobe and durant

Third what? Not shooting guard because Durant is a 3, and not overall because Lebron is ahead of him.

:smh: the stans are still making shit up to defend their hero

Lamar Odom is the key player that missed the final stretch of games when he got hurt in March of that season. wobe was there for the final stretch and led the team to a last place finish.

Yeah, I got my info from a different site. I'm not like yall to sift through all the box scores.

Even with that said, the facts remain the same, Kobe missed 15, Lamar Odom missed 18. You don't make the playoffs in the west with your two best players missing that amount of games.

I don't think this works because I bet i can show Dominique vs. MJ stats that would probably be comparable and we know who's ultimately better between those 2...

*EDIT* I did it...

Player G W L GS MP FG FGA FG% 3P 3PA 3P% FT FTA FT% ORB DRB TRB AST STL BLK TOV PF PTS

man please that 'ol uneven ass copy and paste u did with no link, u aint prove no point or fool nobody.. I looked it up too..

MJ bested 'Nique in EVERY CATEGORY and with that said The Human Highlight Film was still a beast in them days tho.. He did post games of 50+ and 40+ against MJ's Bulls but MJ dominated the ENTIRE STAT SHEET , 'Nique mostly just got buckets...

Here is my 2 cents*

it's almost fact almost 90% of the sports world say Lebron is the best in the league, so that makes him better then Wade right :)

Jordan picks Kobe as the best player out of lebron/kobe

so let me see the best who ever did it says Kobe

so listen to wade stans or the horses mouth

you know?

the stans find my posts laughable because their attempts to obfuscate the truth don't pass muster.

trotting out bullshit all the time. let's put the truth out there for a minute.

fakers with lamar odom in 64 games: .484

fakers with tobe in 66 games: .424

fakers with caron butler in 77 games: .416

then they try to pull that "multiple players injured" bullshit. here's the real truth.

lamar odom missed 18 games that season.

during those 18 games lamar odom missed, caron butler missed 2 of the same games.

during those 18 games lamar odom missed, tobe missed 2 of the same games.

tobe missed 16 games that season.

during those 16 games, caron butler did NOT miss any of the same games.

how pitiful is it that some alleged grown men try to mitigate FACTS by putting forth scenarios that NEVER HAPPENED?

:smh:

and they wonder why i call them stans.

You should keep your 2 cents because you make no sense. Jordan is not the end all authority. Nobody is a "stan" its called a debate you obviously dont know how to.. By your logic Kwame Brown is better than Pau Gasol, Joe Johnson, and Gilbert Arenas.....cause he drafted Kwame above all of those dudes..:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Because alot of these dudes just listen to ESPN. Thats why I start these threads to challenge their opinion.. If you feel a certain way, I try to challenge WHY do you feel that way. Its the spirit of the debate, and time after time these dudes come up with nothing, but imaginary shit like "Indominable spirit":lol:

Kobe is bigger more range and a slightly better basketball IQ. That's all that separates them.

How can his basketball IQ be higher when he takes worse shots than Wade? Kobe has shot the Lakers out of games, have you ever heard somebody after a Heat game say "Wade shot them out of the game?"

We already seen Kobe on Wades last 3 teams, 05-07, they didnt do shit. He quit on them in one series, and the others they just lost. He shot as much as he could and they lost.

Oh yeah thats right, he wanted to be traded to my Bulls...:lol::lol::lol: Kobe was taking all the shots, I don't know how his teammates took that shit. Well Wade has talent around him now and much as I luv the Bulls the Heat is definitely the team to beat in the East if not the entire NBA.

D-Wade?

you know?

the most amusing part is that they throw SO MUCH bullshit out there vainly and desperately hoping that SOMETHING will stick.

any time they talk about tobe and his "competitive spirit" all i can do is chuckle. ed nealy demonstrated more heart and "competitive spirit" than tobe ever has or ever will.

Kobe has been in the league twice as long as D Wade. Kobe is extremely intelligent on the court. They both have shot their teams out of games. Come on fam.

Kobe is experienced on the court. Of course he can read defenses and what not. But to me when somebody says "Basketball IQ", Shot selection is a big part of that and to me Kobe takes terrible shots, he's just very good at making a better percentage of bad shots than anybody I've ever seen.

If Wade shoots the Heat out of a game its usually because he missed decent shots. Kobe takes ridiculous shots, especially when LA is losing.

you're making the same mistake that you accuse others of.

you're granting/conceding a point that isn't TRUE.

tobe is terrifically poor in reading defenses, especially true help defenses. after initial penetration, if his 1st option/read isn't open, tobe picks up his dribble or jumps to pass. both high school level mistakes.

in post-game interviews, tobe is the first to admit that it is the COACHING STAFF who points out to him the opponent's weaknesses on D because he is incapable of reading the D himself.

MJ, Bird, Kobe, D Wade, T-Mac, and LeBron all take "bad" shots. But, they make those tough shots more often than most.

I'll give you the fact that D Wade stays within himself more than Kobe, but it all goes back to Kobe having more range. You have to guard Kobe from 30 feet in. D Wade just isn't in the same league as Kobe from long range. Wade is a great mid range shooter though.

I forgot to mention the fact that Kobe has a great post game. That's another leg up that he has on Wade. If Wade was 2 or 3 inches taller, I think he'd be the best player in the league. I felt the same thing about Isiah Thomas back in the day...
