Now I have caught a few sleeper late bloomers post high school joints but not my own h.s. nor college especially;
we were keeping a chick @ other colleges far away & running through the older ones & younger ones with boyfriends somewhere (out of state around the way hoes doing their thing), doing the #s, spreading love, not properly keeping in touch with any of em as the yrs passed pre social media; the sleepers within that group who had actual potential, BxScience, BklnTech, Fieldstons, HoraceMann grads or from where ever & the sharper chicks that stayed low but still partied @ the jams; fuck the numbers ran through if they were on some simple shit, the numbers of missed ops & not enough time invested with those with some common sense can be haunting.

Most likely NY and DMV.....THe DMV and NY have three times as many black households making over 100K than Atlanta,Chicago,LA as well after those cities the numbers of blacks households making over 100K drops. But even in those cities the numbers of blacks making over 100K is really small like less then 10 percent.

So 9 out of 10 black broads you meet making less than 100K. SO why is this dude complaining there a lot of woman out there.

Maybe up north where the Unions and organize crime still control most construction projects. In the south, I mostly see Mexicans doing all the construction work here in Alabama. That's why a 250,000.00 dollar here, will cost 750,000.00 up North.

Every Sista doesn't act or think like what dude stated in his article rant.

A decent percentage of women are willing to date men that aren't necessarily their professional equal. They just don't want to deal with bullshit.

Look at it like this, dude is 34 and has just reached the pinnacle of his career and professional status. Like he stated, most women his age either have been in serious relationships before or have kids. Of course he's going to get scrutiny, but I think the most important factor in all of this is his confidence level and insecurity about the situation.

I knocked down more women of quality than dude is talking about trying to wife when I was an undergrad.

Now that I have settled down, I have a fiancé who is also a professional who commands a high salary. What changed? Just the circumstances, but my confidence has always been high so women, REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH YOU MAKE, will be attracted to you and STAY if they see VALUE in who you are and how you carry yourself.

Dude I work IN construction and in that regard I've learned 2 things on the subject...

1. Like any other job with a distinct 'look' you're going to have women who will fuck with you cause of that. Women who fuck with dudes in construction are like women who fuck with firemen, cops, and soldiers- pay don't have anything to do with it.

When I was on recruiting duty in the Orlando area, I use to go to the local gym and work out in the mornings. I use to wear my PT clothes, and change into my dress uniform after my workout. Man...the amount of women who had professional degrees, and their own businesses use to ask me if I give "one on one" sessions. I did a few times but that wasn't really me. They would drop by the recruiting station unannounced wanting some "LTD". I literally had to change gyms like three times because I was spending more time talking to them rather than getting my workout on.

Instead of focusing on women, the guy in the article needs to focus on his self-confidence levels first

that dynamic is about control:

1. she controls his behavior with the threat of less $, material shit, place to live, etc.
2. she gives up control to feel grounded as a woman (submissive, soft, sweet, non bitchy), etc.

Its funny, because I seen women with good jobs literally create dumb reasons why they dont like a man who makes good money,..
