Police say the women have been using a dating app to lure men into different buildings at the Cooper Park Houses as part of a robbery scheme.
In two separate incidents, male victims in their 20s connected with the women and agreed to meet up at a fifth-floor apartment to hang out.
The first incident happened on July 22 at around 9:57 p.m. inside 389 Morgan Avenue. The second happened on July 29 at around 2 a.m. inside 30 Debevoise Avenue.
In both cases, once the victims got off the elevator, they were met by two armed and masked men. After a violent struggle, the men were able to steal cash, cellphones, and in one of the cases, the victim’s Mercedes-Benz.
One of the men allegedly displayed a gun during the first incident.
The NYPD released the following surveillance images of the two women.

Neighbors who spoke to PIX11 say they have never seen the women before, but are not surprised by the setup.
“That’s normal,” said one neighbor. “Back there, over by Morgan and those places, they use that for that.”
