Want to give props to BGOL for introducing me to "The Millionaire Fastlane"

Yea, I had to make it so it appeals to all ethnicity. Trying to go "Pro Black", wasn't where the cash was, especially with dating in Atlanta.

Here is the e-book. MJ really rips you apart, then shows you there is hope. Its really a quick read all around.

Thank you dude, someone else who finally "gets" it. Peeps think I'm racist but you can't exclude people, cause then you exclude $$$

Ninjas always hating :smh: at least he took a chance. Most here are scared to try FOH wanting to live through someone else. He might of went international and closed the original site. Maybe that's what happen muthafucka, crabs in a barrel :smh:

Props to the brother, he did it and that is a success. He will come back 10x stronger.

Good drop on the re-up on the book.
Threads like this tells that niggas loved to see other people fail.
Dude may have failed but he tried and that is more then I can say for over half the board. Most of you live at home with your moms and work at fast food restaurants.

Book is a must-read for anyone who wants off the hamster wheel. Props to the OP for sharing his journey.

I ended up selling the site I originally wrote about in my initial post about 6 months of me maintaining it. It was only for a few grand, but considering it only cost me about 200 hundred to start, not a bad trade off. New owner ran it into the ground and never got any new momentum going. After building that first site, I found that I enjoy creating websites based on ideas of mine, more than the actual time and effort of me having to maintain them.

Since then, I have been still building websites, and then selling (flipping) them on Flippa.com. It's a real good site for selling websites based on difference concepts.

I just finished another site called JobVent. There used to be a JobVent.com a few years back (2006-2009), but it got bought out my Glassdoor. The owner sold it for like 200K or something I read in an article. I bought the domain name JobVent.me and rebuilt it with the same idea, anonymous job reviews.

http://JobVent.me

Pretty simple site, and after I finish adding a few more tweaks to the HTML, I'm going to post this one for sale also and start working on my next idea. In addition, I started two niche porn sites (in my SIG) that brings in decent recurring income based on ads and webcam sells. No different than any other of the major porn sites, but they get good organic traffic from Google based on all the SEO I've done for keywords like "xxx18". Can't sell porn sites on Flippa.com, so I just keep maintaining them (plus, who doesn't want to run a porn site)

One venture I suggest to others, is ebook writing, especially for the Amazon Kindle format. I've been researching this like crazy lately, and that is a serious global market right there and the entry is not hard at all. Check out much this dude made from writing a 70 page ebook on such a simple concept, and then growing the idea as sales came in. Good at something? Write up a small ebook and sell for 99 cents. If it's unique enough, buyers will easily spend that $ and download, and then write another...rinse and repeat.

Keep learning brothers, and getting that independent paper.

Yeah, getting tired of this, but at the same time lacking motivation. I gotta get my shit together, come home and write, even if it ain't nothing but notes on character development. It's true, though. FOlks think there is one road to success, but there are potholes in the road you hit and bounce back, hit another one, and another and THEN if you don't quit - there is success.

Good pic.
