No, that is not what I am saying.I do not know why you are responding to me.

You just jumped out the window without reading the context to which I was replying.

People were aware. However many many people did not know. More people did not know than did know.

That is why there are hours of videos explaining things to people.

End of Iron Man set up the first Thor. In Thor we saw Agent Smith and Hawkeye. Many people did not understand their significance.

End of Avengers, many people in the theatre said "who is that"? Matter of fact, people left the theatre before the end credits of MANY of the MCU movies.

Age of Ultron people did not understand the Wakanda reference. Nor did they understand the significance of lifting Mjolnir. I told my friends "Captain America is going to lift it, watch"! I was suprised like "Huh? I know he is worthy". People didn't get it cause they didn't' watch "Thor".

If you don't like Wandavision. That is on you. Fuck off.

I told y'all GOT last 2 seasons was bullshit and y'all loved it and defended it. Go outside and get some fresh air.

I'm not even sure what people's view of GOT has to do with this, but ok....

Is anything I said overall untrue or are you now trying to pivot your argument to say everyone didn't notice every intricacy, understand every little thing that has happened in over what 10 years or the norm of they aren't the ultimate MC fan excuse? You and/or some others main point is that people who don't outright like Wandavision right now don't appreciate or understand the lore of the MCU. The reality is people understand what they are seeing and are not impressed as of today. This could change by episode 9. Are you'll so arrogant that you believe you are the only people who understand what is happening and appreciate the hard work it took to build this world?

Even if your new argument is everyone didn't see every MCU movie, that contradicts your statements around people not connecting or understanding what they were seeing. Your statement was "Marvel made 10 movies before people even got an IDEA of the true story being told. Thanos was coming." Your statement implies that people had watched the prior movies and could not see the foreshadowing that lead to the events of Thanos showing up in End Game or Infinity Wars. What exactly was taken out of context? Is it the that you were some how building off the statements in the last post? That doesn't overall change the context of your statement. End of the day you're both more or less saying Thanos was the big show and people didn't realize it. My point is that Thanos was connected to the stones which kept coming up and we'd seen him in the first Avengers movie and Guardians of the Galaxy. I could entertain you with people not seeing the final scene in the Avengers but Thanos clearly appears in Guardians of the Galaxy as well. A movie that is consider one of the best MCU films. While it's not impossible, I highly doubt people who watched Endgame and Infinity Wars missed Guardians of the Galaxy.

You dumb son of a bitch. I didn't comment about Wandavision. I didn't see it yet. I am waiting until all episode have aired.

I just piggybacked on someone talking about the MCU in general.

Point out where I talked about Wandavision!

Like I said. I don't know why you are responding to ME.

Regarding the below, many people did not see:
  • Thor the Dark World
  • Doctor Strange
  • Ant Man Part 1 and Part 2
  • Captain Marvel
  • Captain America Part 1. (In Infinity War they did not know about the Red Skull).

However from what I know of the MCU, regarding Wandavision you are watching the 1st 15 mins of a movie and are upset because you not entertained.

Notice how I am choosing to watch because I am a true fan. I know about the Scarlet Witch and I want to see the complete story and not bit by bit.

Yes! I knew it. However I know they changed it to Agnes as a homage to the chick from Bewitched.
Agatha is too related to the Xmen so I guess they needed to change it. I am confused how they are going to bring the Xmen into the fold.
I do not think the Xmen will have anything to do with Wanda.

That can't possibly be the same actress. Not only is her skin darker, but the actress from Captain Marvel is only 13 years old and that movie just came out last year.

The age is is explainable. Captain Marvel was set in'96. As for the skin color change, these white casting directors always do this. Tika Sumpter plays a young Anna Deveare Smith(Bow's mom) on 'Blackish.' Tika is s a lot darker than Anna.

I was referring to the actress, not the character. Lol.

It was suggested that the actress in this show (teyonah parris) was the same actress that was in captain marvel (Akira Akbar).

Funny. As a child Monica was Halle Berry's complexion. As a grownup she's darker like her mother. Dafuq?

Marvel’s WandaVision Episode 1: MCU Easter Eggs and Reference Guide

Marvel’s WandaVision Episode 2: MCU Easter Eggs and Reference Guide

Some of these I got. Some I didn’t.
However, still standing by my original viewpoint. I didn’t enjoy it. But let’s see where it goes.

Just watched the first two episodes.
This is shit.
Fucking canned laughter all the way through, I didn’t laugh once.
This is like bootleg Bewitched/I Dream of Jeanie without the comedy.

Naw I think she's the introduction to the X-Men... To many X-Men and House of M references... The most of any MCU project to date.... Not a coincidence....

Dr. Strange plays a big role with Wanda in the House of M... And WandaVision is basically the setup for Dr. Strange 2...

I think the Eternals are going to create the Xmen.

I think the Eternals movie will be the MCU flop.

No one is going to get that story at all.

Yeap... Wanda gonna fuck up alot of shit to cause the SpiderVerse and the Multiverse of Madness... Lol

The Eternals is suppose to lay out the historical background for Mutants, Inhumans and Humans... Ms. Marvel will reboot and reintroduce the Inhumans....

Rumor has it that actor that played Fox's Quicksilver has a role in WandaVision...

And rumor is they are going to sprinkle Mutants into the TV shows and movies... like Omega Red who is be referenced in Black Widow and fights in a Battle Royale in Shang-Chi...

Yup. Evan Peters is confirmed to appear but I think it will just be a non related wink and a nod.

What is a super rumor is that the MCU Quicksilver will be seen again.

He was supposed to be in Endgame but they edited him out of the script.

You're not a true fan as much as a fanboy. It's cool your passionate about the MCU.

Where did I state that you watched Wandavision? If you find it, I'll be more than happy to answer your question. The only comment I made around the show was it wasn't necessarily bad and nothing has really happened to make you care as of episode 2. Like I already said I don't judge series before they have ended the season. In other words I didn't complain about the show not being entertaining.

Just admit you were wrong about Thanos. Your argument around how many people saw a film or a scene is weak. I'm surprised you aren't trying to argue that he wasn't in Guardians of the Galaxy for that long. It goes without saying that if you didn't watch something you probably have a hard time connecting certain elements of a connected world. However, you didn't need to see any of the movies you listed to see Thanos and the stones still played a central roll in the two movies I mentioned. Not only that but im not talking about the causal people who really weren't that interested/invested in the MCU.

Now you are saying a future film may flop while criticizing people's opinion of a show they are currently watching that you haven't even seen yourself. You can say whatever you want but if that isn't hypocritical I don't know what is.

Is this show going to be a main part of the MCU continuity or is this a skippable side adventure like Agent Carter? I'm hoping that the end takes us into Wanda breaking the universe and causing mutants to become part of the MCU.

But damn that laugh track shit is killing me. I've haven't struggle this much to get thru a MCU property since Iron Fist. Come to think of it, I never finished watching that show either.

You are responding to me telling me that I am upset people do not like Wandavision!!! I have not seen it yet.

So I am not upset that people do not like it. I might not even like it.

My 1st comment in this thread is about people who watched the MCU movies but did not get it 100% because they did not know what they are watching.

This is for 2 basic reasons:
1. They aren't fans.
2. They didn't watch all the movies.

Wrong about Thanos? At the end of Avengers a lot of people asked "who is that"? They just saw his face and never heard of or saw him EVER.

That is a fact!

Why would I argue about Thanos not being in GOG for long? What are you talking about man?
