Dude, what are you talking about, i specifically remember when he got that partnership, it was early but it was offered the same way at the time, you just had to have alot of people coming to your channel, hell i've been offered MANY times, its not hard at all and you don't have to have some big Jewish figures behind you to obtain it,

Vlads trick is....he post those Youtube videos on his website and it send hits to the Youtube channel man, plus he has a host on the site, his Youtube channel gets the videos second after his website but he started his brand all on Youtube its not rocket science at all you just have to be strategic brother, trust me i know.
Dame is just super late because the game changed on him while he was busy balling and laughing at the internet, so now he has to adjust to the internet like Puffy and the rest of them did many years back, only thing is Puffy embraced the internet without thinking which was very smart, that's why i like him he doesn't complain he just goes with the flow, Dame was/is stubborn and now he's playing catch up as we all see, its actually sad and funny at the same time seeing him be like this.
Jay doesn't complain either it seems, just image if him and Dame were still together, they probably would have been getting into it about changing up with the times of the digital world, Dame is behind.
