this job thing..........

And Blacks are to blame for that...

Blacks are definitely to blame for that...

You sound like a pathetic Obama-hand-out beggin ass loser. You gotta job nigga? If not, let's see if we can help you out, cuz you soundin' bitchmade right about now.

Nawww Dude! I'm gainfully self-employed and don't need anyone to presently help me out with shit!
My complaint is essentially that it's very easy for those that have to blame the victim. Yeah I know there are some that are not doing what they should be doing in terms of helping themselves. That's one of our issues. But it's not as if you have a multitude of Black people sitting around and waiting for fucking welfare checks and selling drugs. that's the label that Blaks have been stamped with and dumb ass negroes eat that shit up like its a delicacy and attempt to perpetuate the lie..
True many Blacks have risen to the top. But we can't be remissed in looking at this system and realizing that there are many impediments that have been purposely thrown in our way that many have not been able to defeat and overcome.
I personally consider myself truly fortunate, however I don't fault others for not having had the success that I've had. And it pisses me off when negroes look down on their fellow man, just because they have achieved a small degree if succes.

1. The generations before us were too busy trying to tap dance for the cracka instead of establishing business for future generations. It's not cool that Blacks are still dependant upon the cracka to make a living

2. The "little guy" you defend is to blame for this foreclosure bullshit. These muthafuckas knew damn well THEY COULDN'T AFFORD A HOUSE. I said this time and again, if I put a gun on the table and asked you to kill yourself, would you do it? What idiot makes that type of a purchase without having paper worked checked out? If "the little guy" was such an idiot he'd be employed and our economy wouldn't be fucked up.

Bro....
The generations before us made one major mistake. You probably won't agree with this, but I'm gonna shoot it at you anyway.
We made a tragic mistake when we fought and struggled to spend our money in the white man's businesses. Historically Blacks had businesses and incomes that surpassed anything we collectivly have today. We had too, because the white man didn't want our fucking money. So we ate at Black resturants, slept in Black hotels and went to Black institutions of higher learning. We even had black doctors and lawyers in our very own communities. Then what the fuck happens??? We demand equal rights which we should have, but we also lost the foresight in realizing that with intergration, came a tremendous price in terms of our very best leaving and serving white institutions, and purchasing items in white malls instead of continuing to frequent our own Black businesses.
So with this economic and intellectual drain came the demise of the Black community as we used to know it.
Now I've also noticed that you've blame Black ignorance on the forclosures. Why do you fail to mention the "big guys" who set the schemes up? Or do they get a get out of jail free card on this bullshit? Are you telling me that they had the inability to scrutinize the income and financial abilty to repay a mortgage loan? Or did you just forget that small bit of information? This foreclosre fiasco obviously came through "deceptive selling schemes" and lies. Many whites also have fallen victim to these same schemes and hidious practices. It basically stems from a lack of knowledge of economics and a blind trust that goes unmerited. Many had no idea that these "baited" mortgages were going to go up on them; many were told that the morgates would decrease because the intrest rates would fall even lower.
You also fail to mention that with the demise of the manufacturing base in this country, many well established families lost their homes because the job market literally vanished overnight and is still continuing to vanishing. Which historically speaking is not the first time, Blacks and uneducated whites have always been easy prey to seedy practices.

This shit is like a 100 meter race. We have hurdles in front of us and whites do not. The thing is you already know the hurdles are there. Go around them, jump over them or knock them bitches down.

This isn't the 40's or the 50's, talk about fucking obstacles. Outside of unfortunate medical problems those who are fuck ups most likely made bad choices.

Show me a black person that is 25 years of age and struggling and I will show you somebody who 9 times out of 10 has made bad choices.

You haven't had a job ever.

I wish.....Actually, my last day at a job was December 23, 2002. I've been doing my own thing ever since....My youngest daughter doesn't even know what it's like to see me go to work, as I work where I'm sitting here in my living room.

What you're describing is an inability of a people to adapt to and control their environment. We are all raised to be adults. Back in the day I got screwed out of some money. Sitting back, looking at the situation, there were signs I ignored that could have prevented be losing a lot of money. So what was the conclusion? I ACCEPTED FULL RESPONSIBILITY. These jackasses and nimrods you defend should also take responsibility for their inability to control, adapt, their greed, and their stupidity. Who makes a 6 figure purchase without consulting the appropriate attorney? Were these people FORCED to buy shit they couldn't afford? NO. If I can cover my assets then I'm for damn sure not going to show a fool ANY mercy.

There is a limitation to anyone's control of their environment. Even in your world. Laws are made and changed everyday to suite the ones in power (rich). You speak in abstractions. Sure it sounds good to say how much in control you are; but its not as truly based in reality as you'd like to assume that it is.
How much of a control of "your" environment would you have if the fucking banks shut down tomorrow and your money was no longer availiable? errr... don't you see the signs??? Would you consider yourself a nimrod and a jackass then, for having placed your money in the bank? Don't think so. Or what about emminent domain where the govt, can come in and take your property without you being able to do one damn thing about it (which was recently a supreme ruling.... errrr.... more signs...).
I noticed you never answered any questions on the fraudulent schemes constructed by the banks who set up the situation where the foreclosures were made possible. Yet you can so very easily have noproblem in blaming the victim...:confused::confused::confused: Lawyers will examine contracts, and tell you that the contract is "legal" which they were, but ther's also a MORAL issue here too. Legality does not necessarily have to be moral.
Now are YOU telling me that the banks had no instrument in place to review and determine that the financial status and eligibility of these "marginal" purchasers of homes were not sound; and thus, deny them the finanacing? SURE they could have but that was not the intent or the plan. They knew many of these people were not credit worthy AND literally assisted them in filling out fraudulent applications! This was a complict morally illegal fraudulent act on the american people. I'll say this again since you didn't address this either. It was not a BLACK thing, many were taken in this scheme, so I wonder why you insist on laying this debacle at the feet of uneducated Blacks? What's your intent with that?
Lastly you failed to mention that many foreclosures were due simply to many families loosing their jobs when the manufacturing base was erroded in this country. How much control do you have on your environment with no fucking job or income?

the comparisons you are trying to use are not valid.

those are examples of incidents beyond one's control. the mortgage fiasco was not. the bulk of the mortgage issues that arose was very simple. People didn't take time to:

read
investigate
ask the right questions
ask for help.

that all goes back to one's own responsibility. Had a person in that situation followed those steps do you think they would have bought a home? (and that's directed towards those who weren't trying to get over on the system)

You're ranting from an "emotional" platform. "Morality" has nothing to do with this.

1. When I place my money in a bank, I'm fully aware f all worst case scenarios. WHY? Because I do my due dilligence. Why can't you?

2. I hold banks responsible for placing the gun on the table and asking people to shoot themselves. Did I take that gun and shoot myself? NO. WHY? Because I did my due dilligence. WHY? Because I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTIONS. Did the banks/realtors force me to buy a house I couldn't afford? NO.

3. People losing their jobs. I don't feel sorry for them. Where were their 12 months worth of emergency savings? Why didn't they plan for a worst case scenario.

4. "The Little Guy" was just as greedy as the banks and corporations.

You claim to be a business man, so I'm assuming you wrote a business plan covering ALL WORST CASE SCENARIOS, right? I know I did. I'm preparing myself, why can't others do the same? I'm not talking about rocket surgery here. I KNOW THE CRACKA IS OUT TO GET ME. Am I gonna give him rope to hang myself with? FUCK NO.

I'm not gonna sympathize or show no mercy to GREEDY dumbfucks who can't read the fine print. As far as I'm concerned, they are gettin everything they deserve. They can think about the error of their ways while they and their families huddle up under the freeway overpass at night.

And another thing about these foreclosure "victims":

There are people out there homeless who's lives were fucked from day one. Many suffering from mental illness, many molested and abused as children, disabled veterans, etc. All my life, prior to this mess, I saw no one helping them. The "Little Guy" would tell the homeless person to "get a job". So now we are suppose push all legitimate hard-luck cases aside to feel sorry for the little guy because he was FINANCIALLY IRRESPONSIBLE?

GTFOH.

1. For you to say that morality is not an issue demonstrates our two different
views of thought. As someone quoted: "America is morally bankrupt"
I don't think I need to go into why morality should be an issue but I would not mind hearing from you why it should not be an issue. In all honesty, the lack of morality is what has caused this country to fall as low as it has. On all levels. Guess I'm included in that to be talking about morality on a porn site, but when it hits the business practices, it effects eveything.

2. Your second point is a bit confusing? I don't understand the point about a gun on the table, AND what is your "due dilligence"? are you saying something to the effect that you don't have money in the bank or that you have a reserve stockpile of cash, I don't follow ???

3. Well here we differ again. Bro, I do feel very sorry for innocent people with families to support with both bread winners that are unemployed. My heart goes out for them in a big way. That's just me. It's called compassion.
Also on your point that you have no sorrow for them because they had no reserves... what makes you think that 12 months of savings is enough? Some how you imagine this monetary amount that "should be enough" but what if your worst case scenerio fell short, and it was worst than you planned? What do you do then Bro?

4. "The little guy".... :) that's a cute code word for "uneducated impoverished"
As you claim: "was greedy". WRONG ... The so called "little guy" only wanted what every other american wanted .... a home....... not to invest in, not to enhance himself financially, but to live in ...... ok???? The bankers realized this "desire" and capitalized on the fact that they were uneducated and as usually is the case are victimized. The promise of an affordable home was all it took for them to take the bait. They were fooled. You are right, it was their fault, but I'm sure you understand the concept of "deceptive practices" correct??

Surely I have a business plan, but Bro, in all honesty, the BEST business plan cannot prevent a business failure if the econoimy takes a drastic turn for the worst. Its definately not a panacea. Your preparation, can only extend but for so far. I'm sure the saturn car company had a better business plan that what you could conceive of, but look where its at right now.

Finally.... you sadly quoted the following:

I'm not gonna sympathize or show no mercy to GREEDY dumbfucks who can't read the fine print. As far as I'm concerned, they are gettin everything they deserve. They can think about the error of their ways while they and their families huddle up under the freeway overpass at night.

I'll definatley grant you that. But my point actually is the complicity of the banking industry to literally recruit UNQUALIFIED purchasers!!!!!

It's like taking advantage of an ignorant class of people who they knew would be subject to NOT doing any of the previous items you listed.
Its like getting into a fight with someone you know you can beat. These practices went into epedemic proportions at this point in time. It was contrived. That's the essential point I'm making.

I meant every single word I said.

Life is not fair, and it's not suppose to be.

I'm not trying to impress anyone. That's just life. If I can cover my ass, so can you. Look at all the people who didn't lose their assets (which are most). Explain that one.

You speak of compassion and "god" (which I don't believe in). If that's the case, they can take their asses to church and ask their churches for bailout money. Seeing that the Black church has siphoned 400 Billion Dollars from the Black community for the past 20 years, they should have more than enough to help these pathetic irresponsible GREEDY losers.

There's enough blame to go around with that stuff. It was definitely wrong for those involved on the business side (banking, and the mortgage brokers I guess who threw business their way) to knowingly and purposely try to sign unqualified (by commonsense standards, if not by the banking standards at the time) people up for loans that were pretty much sure to go bad... based upon an unrealistic real estate bubble mentality.

....and just as bad for people to be so hyped up about home ownership that they would sign their names on loans for hundreds of thousands of dollars just because some slick loan guy told them that they could get them in the house for a monthly price that they could pay, and not to worry about that big principal amount and all that future interest $$$ looming in the background, a decent down payment...

...and I'm not even gonna start on lawmkers.

Shit was a perfect storm.
I'll definatley grant you that. But my point actually is the complicity of the banking industry to literally recruit UNQUALIFIED purchasers!!!!!

Seeing that the Black church has siphoned 400 Billion Dollars from the Black community for the past 20 years, they should have more than enough to help these pathetic irresponsible GREEDY losers.

yeah,
I have compassion, and in all honesty has been what I would contribute to as what has allowed me to be as successful as I am today. I don't think you'd be able to understand that element of life, but that's fine.
I only mentioned god as a part of the adage, not in any other terms. I too don't have much to say about an institution that contributes very little to the scheme of things.

Basically I do cover my ass, I didn't take a hit in this crash because I utilized very sound business practices. I've a few friends that went with the mainia, and didn't do well at all. I just knew something was wrong with the entire picture. But the point that I will continue to make to you is that, there is a limited extent that anyone, even you will be able to economically cover your ass. No one wears teflon that can prevent them from ending up homeless. Not even you bro.

How can a person live on $14 an hour?

Are you serious?

If you are making $14 an hour in Ohio you can have a nice studio for $350-$400 and then you pay for food. Stack up until you buy a reliable car for cash. Take it from there.

At this level I take it the person wasn't stupid enough to reproduce or marry and if they did, they created their own problems. Living in America isn't rocket science.

Get skills that pay and until then don't reproduce and life isn't hard. Outside medical illness nobody should have a fucking problem.

For starters, get yourself a website/blog. You can get that for free.

Get back at me when you have that set up. Doesn't have to be elaborate, it can be a wordpress blog, something simple and clean.

what's the next step?
I just got a site I'm building set up
I'm just using it to learn website design currently.
