The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

If I could strangle Sean Hannity with my bare hands and get away with it I would. Just wrap my hands around his neck and squeeze until his eyes roll back into his skull and he gurgles his last breath. Then I'd cut his head off with my machete and post his head in front of his house so his kids and wife could see. I fucking hate that POS racist cunt.

Yall stoopid but I understand! I'll be johnny Cochrane.

The Prosecutor summed it up perfectly.. "Just because someone is getting the best of you in a fight, it doesn't give you the right to pull out your gun and shoot them"..

:itsawrap:

Anything beyond that statement is propaganda..

Yes yes yes. If Zim is right it means anyone can pick a fight with someone, and when he is losing pull out a gun and shoot the other person. Something is wrong with that.

From the desk of Hiss Excellency.

Wait, nobody wants to be in this situation, but if your friend gets killed you put all that aside.

From the desk of Hiss Excellency.

Yes, in a normal world. Bro people get killed everyday & friends know the truth & remain silent. That chick wasn't equipped for all this, blame her environment.

Especially when your the one that initiated the fight!!!!

Is it me or does the prosecution always seem to be disheveled and not quite prepared? By design?

I don't watch a lot of trials on TV but all of the fucking sidebars are ridiculous!:smh:  It would seem to me that a lot of shit could be hashed out in the Judge's Chambers before hand, short of any uncontrollable surprises.

It's amazing that Dr.Hirotaka can understand the questions posed to him and speak so clarely, it's obvious English isn't his first language. According to many people if your parents are from another country (and even though you grow up in the Amercan education system) you will struggle to understand basic questions in English forcing to say "yes sir" over and over again.

How does he do it?

There seems to be a lot of sidebars at all of the trials I've watched recently. Casey Anthony and Jodi Arias trials blow this one away so far in the amount of them. I swear, in the Arias trial, they were up at the judges desk every 3.7 minutes.

Oh shit, I didn't know it until just now, but I just heard that this audio expert is actually the defense's witness, but the prosecution got him up there first... and at least this time, unlike the white neighbor guy, it is really getting under knock knock lawyer's skin.

He's a prosecution witness but I guess the defense was planning to use him too (which isn't uncommon).. All I heard was the defense wanted to make him their witness to overcome an objection by the prosecution during cross-examination.

he's one of the defense's audio experts according to the analysts on the stream I'm listening to at least, but the prosecution pulled a fast one and called him up first.. which is why West is objecting in sidebar right now. The prosecution managed to get him to say that the best person to say if it was a person's voice it was on the tape is the person who knew the person best. So at least for now, the state has turned a defense withness in their favor.

Here you go... he is a defense expert that helped (in pre-trial hearings) keep some of the prosecution's audio experts testimony out of court:

excerpt:
Court resumed at 9 a.m. with the state calling Hirotaka Nakasone, a Federal Bureau of Investigation audio expert. He previously testified for the defense, helping the Zimmerman lawyers block from trial state audio experts who said they could identify a voice heard screaming for help in the background of a 911 call before Trayvon was shot.

Cool I got it now... Just listening to the defense's comment about using him, I wasn't sure where you got that the prosecution "stole" him

:rolleyes:I see what you did there.

I hear ya, I guess they're taking full advantage of the national spotlight for face time.
I can hear the commercials now. "I'm Dick West, and I'll fight as hard for you as I did for GZ."

They're saying that now that they got a couple of nuggets out of the audio guy, Trayvon's mom might be coming up soon since he had said basically that she would be one of the best people to identify the voice.

This lying fuck. How is it that you wanna be a Cop, end up as a self-appointed block watch, and give such a vague assed generic description of someone that you were JUST in close combat with. Sort of 6ft ish, slender build, early 20s to late teens.

Why wouldn't the Police make a video of an interview since their recording the interview anyway? I don't get this.

He circled the car? When did he tell 911 that? This motherfucker is lying his ass off. Busted...and the camera on his face showed it!!!

GZ didn't get out of the safety of his car to look for an address, he was stalking his prey. He didn't wanna lose him.
