Remember your life needs to be in danger in order to use deadly force, that is the very first thing they teach you on your classes for your conceal carry permit. A provocation, verbal assault, intimidatiion, even a fight is not a justifiable reason to kill another person, now does this mean the judge and jury will follow those quidelines when a black teenager is murder is another story.

Not only is this critical, is the reason the cop (investigator) is one of the keys in this case, and the reason GZ father and the chief of police did everything in their power to avoid the officers to take george to the police station so they can continue interrogating him and break him. Understandable. I also think I have buyers remorse because I waited for a good year and a half for this chick to get on the stand. I knew she was the star witness when the story first blew up because she had the most compelling evidence so far. She would sell the jury on the mindset of Trayvon (a kid scared walking home). Assuming that while it was holstered it had the safety on, how did he manage to get it off while presumably being beaten. When someone is banging your head on the pavement, he must be sitting on your chest; if your arms are not pinned you can fight back, and if they are how do you reach a gun at your waist, with the legs of your supposed assailant blocking you?
