The Zimmerman Trial: Justice for Trayvon! (Let's discuss it)

Not at the moment, but they played the tape of his statement they took from him that night at the police station.

I just went to hln to read the transcript and I am now fully convinced the the murder 2 charge is very appropriate and not an overcharge.

Zimmerman said that TM was wailing on him and pummeling him, yet he had no black eye but very minor lacerations.
He was also able to make long yells for help while TM had his hand on his mouth?:hmm:
At no point did he mention that he tried to fight back. His first action was to conveniently get a gun and kill a child.

Exactly! He will be convicted. The Judge is fair and women don't like patronizing bullshit and stupid lies.

It hard to read cursive if it's written sloppy.

That's true but I could decipher exactly what she was reading. That's when they cut away to the document over the non-HD video feed.

I just want him to be convicted of something... even manslaughter... something that gets him some significant time locked up. If he walks, that shit is gonna be like a kick in the gut.

The chic has bad eyes. So what you can decipher and what the next person can decipher. Are two differenr things. I read andwrite cursive very well but some of his written words were not so legible.

Period point blank...the police officers are showing that ole Georgey was a good ole boy and that there was definitely a cover up going on......

lmfao@ this dude just killing someone and then the detective asking him what time he get off work so they can go over the scene together....

NOT...

man you fucked up you followed someone and killed them.

what time is good for you?

it amazes me how polite and friendly they're being towards him so soon after he killed a kid. Pretty much told him he'd be going home and they'd meet up to do the walk through the next day :smh:. Detective tells him he's there for him when he starts having a hard time with what had happened....
I'm pretty damn sure if George had been killed, they'd be all up in Trayvon's face.

its astonishing.

i hope someone that is on television points this out.

there's no way if trayvon had killed him under the exact same circumstances would they allow him to go home, allow him to do anything other than get right to jail.

zimmerman admitted he's just a fucking pest.
he calls 911 cause he saw someone and he felt he was suspicious.
which gave him grounds to follow and approach trayvon.
he said trayvon asked if he had a problem then he said no then he said "now you got one" and started beating him up.

that's bullshit. trying to paint trayvon as the aggressor in this whole shit.

all he's doing is prowling and following trayvon
i don't even believe he was going to the store or whatever lie he said. he was out cruising. trying to kick some shit up and killed a suspicious person according to him.

so he followed trayvon into an area he don't even know? don't even know what street he on but he supposedly protecting "his" neighborhood?

on the phone and can't even tell the operator what street you're on?

but you standing up and protection your area that you don't even know?

doesn't make cat sense fam

Is Zimmerman testifying?
Absolutely not.

This was something I pointed out when I initially heard the call after finding out he was head of neighborhood watch. How can you effectively man that position without even knowing basic shit like street names. Again, this can be used to paint him as a rogue vigilante and not a true neighborhood watch captain whose job it is to observe and report only.

look he's lying now.
he saying his jacket came up.
and trayvon saw the gun so he was going to grab it and kill him
STOP LYING
he saw the gun and knew what you were going to do..

he took the fucking gun out and shot him.

he shot trayvon
and then trayvon decided to die like a standard black guy from a movie and said "you got me"

he shot trayvon and is taking about he doesn't remember how he got on top of trayvon.

why were you on top of trayvon if you were scared? if you were fearful you shot him he fell back why are you on top? why aren't you getting your ass up, gun drawn and moving back?

someone with a flashlight comes and you don't know if they're the police? police announce themselves.

they were going to call the police he said no don't call them help me...

how, with this shit im seeing now, did they not just put him in handcuffs and lead him to the jail?

this is amazing to see

he proved that when he said that he just felt something wasn't right with Trayvon.

Absolutely not.

in the very beginning, every channel called him a "self appointed" neighborhood watchman.

then later on, they started describing it as a more official role sanctioned by the community.

You're right as I think about it. I do recall it being reported that way as well. :smh:

lol mainman kill someone then see if they let you work tomorrow and ask what time is a good time to go over your shooting

It depends on whether they believe the incident to be self defense of not..

Remember the kid that was murdered last week trying to pick pocket people in line for the new LeBrons?.. They let the dude that killed him remain in line to get his shoes.. Didn't even take him in for an interview..

Absolutely not.

Yeah man and guess how many streets there are in that gated community.... THREE :smh:

Fool even says he knows all of his neighbors but I'm pretty sure all but one witness had never ever seen him before

but that dude had MULTIPLE witnesses of the incident.

This is just some guy telling a story

Yea mainman, but dont just kill anyone though. Kill yourself.

and there were 100 eyewitnesses too. :hmm:

Manslaughter isn't on the table. It's 2nd Degree Murder or nothing.. They offered him a plea deal of Manslaughter, but he turned it down..

In Florida, manslaughter is a lesser charge included with 2nd degree murder. The jury will also have to consider it

Mark Pinsky, The Huffington Post: "George Zimmerman is now charged with second-degree murder. ... Embedded in the second-degree charge are what are called 'lesser included offenses,' including ... involuntary manslaughter. ... The Florida state statute describing involuntary manslaughter reads as though it were written to describe the uncontradicted facts of the Martin shooting. That is, that the armed Zimmerman, against the advice of a police dispatcher, continued to stalk Martin until an altercation ensued that resulted in Martin's death. ... Given the defense's theory of the case — that Zimmerman did not intend to kill Martin ... a verdict of involuntary manslaughter might provide a conflicted jury an opportunity to arrive at a compromise."

EDIT: I found that the Casey Anthony case was the exact same way.. here's the transcript from that case

A killing that is excusable or was committed by the use of justifiable deadly force is lawful.
