Unfortunately they don't know how to book blood feuds where someone like Gunther or Charlotte Flair can be involved in something prominent that's away from the title picture for a good 6 months to a year. Punk and Drew had 1 but it happened as it did because of Punk's injury more so than creative being able to reasonably extend a feud
