Same man, I was just talking shit lol I'm a konan fan, vampiro as well who's similarly weird on the mic, all the lucha underground guys and the luchas from WCW and Japan where all amongst favorites growing up. This was by far my favorite card of the year and maybe if the last two years, if they present a AAA show weekly with that kind of WWE production then I'm fucking there.

Triple H doesn't know how to book Gunther in a non-title scene. I'm glad Jey dropped the belt because he ain't your weekly champion nor are his matches good enough to carry the brand, I just wish Seth cashed in on Gunther last night.
Gunther is boring as a champion. He should be pushed back down to the midcard titles.

Jey got his WrestleMania moment winning the title and going on a little run with it, but he's not someone to be THE champion for a long run.
They had been discussing this match in Phoenix for weeks now so this was probably always the plan for him to drop the title.

He's probably going to take some time off and come back in a few weeks to chase after the title again.
I've noticed wrestlers are getting more time off nowadays (which is a good thing) to heal up and just get a mental health break to avoid burnout.
