The rationale for WWE retaining the right of first refusal on any offers for TNA is based on the expectation that potential buyers would approach the acquisition with a collaborative mindset toward WWE, rather than adopting an adversarial position. Securing a favorable media rights agreement could transform TNA from a financial liability into a fully profitable entity. However, any buyer that does not maintain a cooperative relationship with WWE will find it unlikely that they will succeed in acquiring the company.

Probably doesn't make business sense for TKO. They would have to eat a significant roster salary. If TNA was going out of business, then yes, WWE/TKO would buy it for their library alone.Lol...yes you can buy them, but you can't "compete" against us...why doesn't WWE just go ahead and purchase it and get it over with. You could literally have 3 separate brands and interchange the talent between all 3 promotions.
